The apartment was spacious and quite pretty with interesting ceilings. It is right on Plaza Mayor with a view of the Plaza. You could not get more central. The apartments and hotel are in separate buildings which are about 20 metres apart but both on the Plaza (although the entrance to the apartments is on a side street. Check-in is at the hotel part. There is a lift in the apartment building. Parking is at a car park about 5 minutes walk away and they have a deal with the car park to make it cheaper. The car park is up a number of steps but there is also ramps so you can take a push chair or wheelchair. This is a really good apartment at a really good price - highly recommended.

There was very little information on the facilities part of the booking.com website - they don't have kettles.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Key collection and check-in were both really easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location and view from the apartment, overlooking Plaza Mayor was fantastic! Air conditioning was provided in both lounge and bedroom areas, which was really appreciated. Both the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped and everything was fully working. Unlimited hot water throughout our stay. The main square was busy, but once the double-glazed windows were closed no noise could be heard. Also, the bedroom was at the rear of the apartment so there was no noise whatsoever through the night.

The apartment was clean and spacious, on the 3rd floor overlooking the Plaza Mayor with a lovely big terrace for sitting outside. It is in an excellent location for exploring this historic city. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a Carrefour supermarket 50 metres away.

There was just the bare minimum of kitchen utensils, not even a chopping board. The hob didn't work properly and kept switching itself off. The lock on the entrance to the building was broken. The washbasin tap was loose. I think the main problem is that nobody seems to be checking these little details, which is the difference between an apartment owned by a hotel chain and one with a private owner.

Fabulous location with nearby parking. Excellent facilities and very comfortable. Terrace area wonderful. Very responsive reception. We will be back.

Not the fault of the provider but hundreds of pigeons and crows leaving poo and feathers. Ayuntamiento needs to deal with this problem. Hotel very quick to deal with the mess after heavy storm. Thank you.

Fabulous apartment with everything you could need for a comfortable stay - it totally exceeded our expectations. The bed was large and very comfortable with lovely soft cotton bedding. The sofa was comfortable and the huge TV screen a real bonus. The full kitchen and large bathroom were perfect and the location just steps away from the Plaza Mayor was perfect. A perfect place to stay!

It was noisy as WOMAD was on right in the plaza. Great view though. We were warned and could have made alternative arrangements but very happy we stayed with SoHo.

Excelent location, located in Plaza Mayor, in front of the Castle and most important monuments. A lot of restaruants and bars nearby. This apartment has an equipped kitchen, a terrace and view to Plaza Mayor. Very good for the price.

Location was perfect overlooking the Plaza Mayor and very clean and comfortable. Staff at Hotel Reception were excellent: very helpful and friendly.

Kitchen needs a kettle, at least one other saucepan and more cutlery and crockery. An extra comfortable chair wouldn't go amiss.

The location was great for access to the Plaza Mayor and the Old Town. The staff on reception were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was a good size for two people and very comfortable.

The entrance foyer to the apartments and the apartment balcony were dirty and needed cleaning when we arrived.

Great service from the hotel staff. - very responsive in addressing requests. Bedding and towels changed every few days. Access to a lift to the upper floor.

Air conditioner took a while to get going. Had to request some cleaning.
