Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We liked the adults pool only, although there were some loud Germans. The room was very clean, with the exception of some spiderwebs. The airconditioning was kept on, even while we were away, which was nice and chilling when we came back from outdoors. There was lots of parking space available, even the option to charge your electric vehicle for 3€/hour. Lastly, the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and was delicious.

Despite the option to have dinner buffet for 35€/person, we didn’t like the quality of the food. There is much better value for dinner around Portese and Salo, especially at this price point. Lunch/snack options at the pool were also limited to toast and ice creams like Magnum. The wifi was unstable. Lastly, there were not that much restaurants on a walkable distance in the area. But we did not see this as a minus, just something to keep in mind.

Family of 4 adults visiting in early May. Lovely breakfast, wide choice of food - included in price. Incredible views if you were lucky to get the right table. Clean and functional rooms, maid service every day - really good add on as the rooms are quite small and can get messy quickly. A lovely touch - bottle of champagne waiting in our room on our arrival. Extremely helpful staff - waitresses, concierge lady, reception staff, very polite. Optional dinner buffet for 37 euros/pp - good choice of very tasty food and desserts! Good air conditioning which is needed! Beautiful, well manicured gardens, lots of sun loungers, fantastic outdoor and indoor bar with live piano music and amazing views, very relaxing. Access to a little pebble beach with option to swim in the lake. Ferry port 5 mins walk away, can travel to towns all around the lake, very convenient. Two lovely pools, the weather during our stay wasn't very hot so the pools did not get busy. Bike and moped renting facilities nearby and a fab Pizzeria restaurant serving authentic home made Italian dishes.

No tea/coffee/ironing facilities in the room. We requested a room with a lake view, which we kind of got. We saw a bit of a lake but not the full lake. Rooms next door to us were empty during our stay and had a better view, so I would make sure you ask when you are booking as I think the price is the same. We came to celebrate my husbands 60th Bday and asked if we could be seated at a table with the lake view for dinner one evening, to make it extra special. We were told that it was not possible to book that table. However we noted that those tables had been pre-booked for guests over a period of a few days as there were cards on the tables. This was quite disappointing.

Everything was excellent from the staff, the room, the location the food we couldn't fault it. All the staff we interacted with were so polite and helpful, a real pleasure to stay here. The view of the lake from our room and the poolside lake were exceptional. The restaurant was so good we ate there twice rather than eating out, some complain about it being a buffet but it suited us perfectly and if you book a table you can sit in the quieter part of the restaurant and enjoy a nice bottle of wine with your meal. The only problem with our room if we were being picky, was our balcony was very overlooked by other balcony's but i think most are.

The location was lovely and quiet, but also right next to the water taxi to take you to the main sites if you wish. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with good aircon. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and seemed to remember you during your stay. The spa was nice and quiet and had good facilities. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice Plenty of outdoor parking available on site.

The drinks at the bar were a bit expensive

Very clean, pleasant, welcoming. Two free outside pools, and two more with extra charge (spa center) Great bar , view, has bike rental ** very close to the ferry (portese port)** you can come by bus but it's a long exhausting way. The hotel is 2 min by foot from the ferry

The spa center price is a bit much in my opinion (50 eure per person) wich get you entrance to indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna

Everything in the property is beautiful, comfortable and clean. We spent only 2 evenings, but we were really satisfied with everything, from the reception team attention, to the room with a lake and pool view, excellent breakfast, clean and spacious room. We didn’t have time enough to use pool and spa facilities, but I am pretty sure it would be great too.

Really liked all the hotel had to offer. Nice room with exit on the patio, three pools, staff is friendly and kind, breakfast really nice. We would like to come again sometimes.

Only downside in the room is the fact that there is only one power socket and it is located on the table, nothing around the bed etc so we had to take turns charging our phones. Also would be great if the room had a kettle.

Great location. Very nice to have a pool for adults. Great staff and the breakfast is awesome.

One big minus, our room was located on the floor above the kitchen and there was a lot of noise from it that disturbed our sleep. Began around 5 in the morning so we didn´t have a good sleep.

Location is just perfect, peaceful and relaxing. Literally on the lake with a beautiful pool. Indoor pool with the spa was great worth the price. Overall worth a stay for 5 nights. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice, well maintained and a beautiful location with a wonderful view at the lake. And away from the busy tourism. The gardens are beautiful, the staff was very friendly. so overall a great place to be. We can recommend this hotel to everybody
