The hotel and food next door were excellent. It would have been nice to have the room cleaned after the first week, but I understand management was trying to save money on house cleaning staff. That was the only drawback I saw during my stay. The front desk staff was good to work with each day. Thank you.

As I said, It would have been nice to have the room cleaned after the first week, but I understand management was trying to save money on house cleaning staff. The idea that we had to move rooms in order to have a clean room was way beyond acceptable.

We stayed in a King room and it was spacious. The bathroom was roomy with a large shower also. It is very short walk to the casino where we enjoyed a great dinner at Nola Steak and listened to the band.

The outdated air conditioning was not nearly cold enough, and the drainage in the bathroom was slow. Otherwise, all things were fine.

Stayed for one night everything from the staff too our room was exceptional.. front desk treated us like family.. easy check in process

Wish their was a buffet in the casino

Didn’t have rooms with a separate private area with in the room. Nothing for children. Also the Casino has the tightest machines ever, worst I have been to.

The Nola Steak restaurant was excellent. The lobby was nice. It had plenty of parking.

It was a bit worn. The casino was in a different building than the hotel. The ventilation at the casino was lacking. The smoke bothered me a lot.

We had the New Year’s Eve party right next door.

I had to ask for hand soap and a hand towel. I didn’t like the fact that they took $100 deposit from my credit card. States they would reimburse it.

No room service, soap was empty, and had to go request for new towels. For the price expected at least the minimum.

Nedra Wright the staff was so friendly oh my God they checked me in at 1 in the morning and you would have thought it was 3:00 in the evening they were very helpful they was engaged in

Nedra Wright everything the room was ready on time even though I wasn't on time the staff was still friendly still help me with a lot of things the room was very clean no disturbing I will highly recommend my friends and family even though the bar at the casino close really early I couldn't get a drink I got lost trying to find a gas station but after that I was fine so overall everything went really really well
