Stayed 2 nights. First one was not a good experience but staff resolved the issue and allocated another room for our 2nd night. This was reflected in the bill as the manager was very pleasant when she came in in the morning. Rooms well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker

Night staff could have been better. One staff member appeared totally disinterested and unhelpful. She was on her mobile phone and smirking rudely when we were trying to explain our issue. Thankfully her boss was much more understanding and kind when we eventually reached her

The decor was nice as well as the facility.

The stand up shower had an opening where water got on the floor every time I took a shower.

The room was so efficiently made. It was not large but had a wonderful couch, and everything needed, cups, coffee, plastic laundry bag, plugs and phone plugs. Bed was very comfortable. Staff at restaurant was so super friendly.

I loved everything. You could add a lotion bottle on the bathroom sink wall like the kinds you have in the shower.

The location to the cruise port was very convenient and the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The shower could use a little maintenance, as it didn’t not fully transition was bath to shower. I will add that we only stayed 1 night and did not let staff know until check out, but they were very apologetic and seemingly responsive, so I have no doubt that was corrected before the next guest. Aside from that, the stay was perfect

Staff member that checked us in when we arrived was amazing! However, all other staff members that we encountered seemed to be indifferent.

The indifference of a lot of staff members and the strobing light in the bedroom. I understand that the fire/smoke alarm/detector should have a light, but it does not need to strobe so brightly every 6 seconds.

The property was clean and very nice. Very great staff. I completely forgot the lady who checked me in that night but she was great and very sweet. She provided me information about the hotel and times for everything I asked about.

The ONLY thing I didn’t like about the room was the shower. The water coming out the shower head was terrible. It felt like it was barely on.

The hall on the floor I stayed was hot when I arrived however the person at the front informed me that maintenance would look into it the next day. I arrived late

Antanika Lloyd made our stay here amazing. She was very professional and provided us with a lot of helpful information about the city. She greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. She was very patient and did not rush conversation with us.

I wish that a shuttle would have been available to assist with getting to and from the port for our cruise. Also maybe if breakfast would have been included in the price.

I liked Larry the host at the registration. He was super friendly and had an amazing personality. I had an issue with my room and Larry came up to see what was going on. He checked everything, made a call for help then got me moved to another room. Thank you Larry!!

The bed was too soft for my liking. The bistro should close at midnight.

I cannot compliment the staff enough they were excellent in every way. The location was very safe. It was easily accesable via the bus lines 103, 114 a, 114b. Local restaraunts were available. The pool was very warm and felt like a hot tub. It was very relaxing to soak in.
