Room was beautiful and 15th floor view was amazing

They could not find my reservation even with my reservation number.I was given a room but at higher rate than I booked for.The counter attendant kept stopping my check -in process to help other guests before He finished with getting me checked in.Very frustrating.

Everything about the facility was wonderful.

I got stuck on the elevator for about 20 minutes. The call box didn’t work so I had to call the front desk using my cell phone. I get it—these things happen…but nobody from the hotel seemed concerned or reassuring to me. When they got the doors open, management just kind of looked at me and said, “Okay, you can get out now.” I expected an apology or reassurance of some kind, but nope.

The room was correct. It was the typical room for this kind of hotel. The most important thing about this hotel is the location just in front of the Convention Center. you only have to cross the street and you are there! amazing location Convention center.

Probably, there is room to improve the kiosk. They have a very small store with a few drinks and snacks. There is no doubt that this can be improved with little investment.

I was in town for a convention so the location to the convention center is excellent... The room was big and the bed was very comfortable... It has a decent view of the city... There are excellent eating places close by.. it's across the street from the river walk mall

It was a pretty expensive room approx 600 per night when you include vallet parking and all the fees and taxes...

Everything was perfect, very beautiful hotel, well decorated, great lobby and bar, clean - spacious - and comfortable bedrooms. Very nice neighborhood too, highly recommended !!

Having to pay almost $50.00 a day for parking and checkin being 4pm and checkout 11am😏

The location is perfect, and it is clear the entire staff work to make everything perfect for their guests.

The pool area is disappointing
