Was very surprised and happy with our suite. Breakfast was excellent and nice to see that they had an omelet station. Hotel was very clean and the surprise that they had an happy hour with free drinks for that hour, as well as having a hot breakfast included. Was not happy with the Concierge as she seemed more interested in being behind the registration desk helping them, and when I did get her attention, if it was not a tour she sold, she did not seem to want to help or offer any kind of assistance and we were dismissed. Only bad feeling I had from our whole stay.

Concierge could have been more helpful. Felt she was not interested in helping us or offering suggestions for getting around town and seeing sights. As soon as I mentioned Hop on Hop off, she just said she did not deal with Hop on Hop off, and turned and went back to the reception desk where I had originally found her after asking for some assistance. We did purchase the 3 day HOHO and used this as our transportation for the 3 days in New Orleans during the day.

We had on the 3rd floor the smallest room,When we went down to the front desk and ask for a bigger room but they said no and that the place was sold out which we saw at our time at breakfast that it wasn't except on week ends when it was very busy..maybe for breakfast have one or two other options a couple days a week like biscuits and gravy or some hash browns..Since I took my time to send you what I thought maybe I would like to hear your response.Looking forward to hearing back from you.You my wife sue email or our address to mail..Have a great day.Fred and Sue Shaw

The staff was great. They were friendly and ready to help with what ever they could. The breakfast was tasty and the did alter it a little each day to give some variety. The complimentary happy hour was a great was to relax and socialize at days end.

The shower was broken and had to be fixed. Maintenance engineer was great. Very apologetic and had it fixed in 20 minutes. There was a gap under the door to the balcony of about an inch and a half. The door would blow open if not locked and the room was always warm. The AC never seemed to chill the room past 72 even though it was set for 68 the entire time.

The breakfast was really good and it was all included. I really liked the pancakes and yogurt. The sausages were the best I’ve ever had. The staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly, especially the front desk staff. So a big shout out to them. Thank you. The small gift bags are such a sweet touch. I also enjoyed the welcome reception in the evening with the complimentary snacks and drinks. Did I mention the beds, they are so incredibly comfortable, I slept like a rock. I was really glad the hotel was within walking distance to the cruise port, so I didn’t have to spend money on a cab to catch my cruise the next morning.

I didn’t like the goldfish crackers and hummus.

I loved the location bc it was situated in the business district where I had a few appointments but it was accessible to the French Quarter for fun evenings.

Although we didn’t require cleaning of our suite during our 5 night stay, we did approach housekeeping for a roll of toilet paper and to exchange towels and was told that they didn’t have enough on their cart and that they would bring them later. They never came. Luckily I brought one roll of toilet paper that I use just in case during our road trip. We asked for towels the next day and we were reluctantly given a role of toilet paper the bath towels only. One of the ladies did eventually return with the wash cloths.

Our stay at the New Orleans Embassy Suites was very enjoyable. The location is great - walking distance along the levee to the French Quarter and just a few blocks to the fabulous WWII museum. At checkin, we were supplied with vouchers to the breakfast buffet which includes custom made omlettes and also for drinks at the daily Happy Hour. It should be noted that rooms have bare floors rather than the usual carpeting, so those who exercise in their room will need to bring a mat. The staff in very friendly and accommodating to requests. Visitors can also catch the St. Charles Street trolley a short walk away. For seniors it's only 80 cents a day with the Le Pass app!

The breakfast was top tier and excellent service . The happy hour was also amazing and such a fantastic idea to mingle with guest and network . The gym Was great and it had A nice mix of cardio and weight lifting machines to complete a full workout . The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful . They were always willing to recommend great places to see and where to try some amazing food .

I truly enjoyed by staff so I really didn’t anything I didn’t like . The location is about 10 min away from everything so I don’t think everything is walking but it’s 2025 just take an uber. This hotel is excellent by every standard, no complaints.

I wanted to take the time and say that this location was right on time! It was convenient and the customer service was amazing!!! Marvin had a personality out this world, always on top of things and keep us laughing. Tevin, is a people person and doesn’t get tired in his words. Bc the way he showed us to our cars to just get items out of it was by far the best experience and waited on us too. The conversation was amazing and he kept us laughing with that accent of his! I wanted to say to thank you for the hospitality and the breakfast was right on point too! I can’t say this enough. My first time coming to New Orleans and I will be back again and booking at the same hotel! Much love and respect to you!

It was cold in the hallways but the rooms and the balcony makes up for it all

Every single staff member was superb! I had a faucet issue that was resolved in 15 minutes. Bed very comfortable and lots of hot water for early morning shower before I left for the airport. The interior of the hotel is lovely with gorgeous, huge, statues on a surrounding balcony mural depicting various scenes in New Orleans. This was very unique. Food from the restaurant was very good. I had a roasted chicken breast with delicious steamed fresh vegetables with petite potatoes with chocolate mousse cake for desert twice! My son had onion rings that I sampled. They were light and crisp with a dipping sauce. One improvement could be breakfast. please add more fresh fruit,bacon,hash browns,biscuits, and grits to the menu selections. Omelet station was 👍 Almond milk for special dietary guests. Waffle making machine. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Add bacon in addition to other meat selections,grits, fresh fruit,almond milk and a waffle making machine.

There was a great variety to choose from.

There were no designated handicapped seating. I am disabled, stood in line too long to get omelet, went in search for a seat to rest, only found a high top, attempted to sit, was too short. I fell and passed out. I didn't realize until later that I hit my head and back on the chair. I was very sore and unfortunately was unable to leave my room or get my desired breakfast the next day. I missed both days of activities as a result. I feel that I should receive a credit for this stay.
