The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. Even though they are renovating, the property still looked clean and it was not noisy. Downstairs decor is beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was great.

I love soft beds and the bed was a little hard but not uncomfortably hard. Just wish it was a little softer. No major complaints at all.

The room was not as advertised on booking.com. We required 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa and booked that. When entering the room after check-in, we quickly found that no sleeper sofa was in room. Called the front desk to inquire and they said it is an issue with 3rd parties keep showing it having a sleeper sofa when the rooms do not. Highly disappointed in this inaccuracy. Needs to fix this issue as it is false advertisement.

Property was close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping and tour bus. Room and common areas were clean. All the staff from valet, front desk and housekeeping greeted me and assisted on any requests.

The mattress was too soft and the air conditioner vents blew right over the head of the bed. The toilet in my room was so low it felt like it was intended for small children and I am only 5.5 ft tall. Lobby was more than cold it was freezing to the point that family members couldn't sit and enjoy facilities. While on vacation I prefer to sleep in a little bit. Hours for the Bistro should be extended to at least 10am Monday-Friday.

The property is currently under renovations, making it loud and dusty, but the working of construction repairs were at reasonable times, which didn’t interfere with rest.

I liked the room and location because it was convenient, comfortable, and met my needs. The staff was nice and helpful. I appreciated the staff's quick response to my complaint about the smoke coming through the vents. It helped. I think breakfast should be free.

I did not like the smoke coming through the vents. I have medical reasons and I hope in the future the situation will be better for those using the facilities.

Room: The room was very nice. The only problem, that could be a serious problem for you is your shower. The bathtub is extremely slippery. I slipped and almost fell twice while showering. If someone falls and gets hurt, you will get sued.

Bathtub: You ned to apply some type of finish to the bathtub some it is not so slippery. Very dangerous!!

The hotel was a perfect location, the Staff was very friendly. Everyone help with directions, safety and anything that we requested. I would gladly stay it this location in the future. We enjoyed having microwave availability.

I chose this hotel because it was $200 less than the hotel my colleagues stayed in, and it was right across the street. The room was very nice. It overlooked the atrium and had a balcony. It also had a 60” TV.

My only complaint was that there was no half and half available for my coffee!

Free parking is only along one way streets around the block. Valet is nice but $40-45 per day based on vehicle size

Overall, it was a great staff. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I selected a sofa sleeper. Upon arrival, I was told the website was incorrect. Staff bought a rollaway bed. It was extremely too low.
