Good A/C. Very near convention center. The room was very clean (though the hallway outside was not) and the bed was comfortable. It was a safe property. The included breakfast was also nice. I would likely stay here again.

The carpets in the room hallways were worn and looked pretty dirty. The housekeeping was only every other day, and when I did get service, it was incomplete, with missing linens and other items. On the final day, there was a torrential rain storm and the pool ended up looking like coffee with heavy cream in it. I'm not sure if that was runoff or a mechanical issue.

The location was great and close to everything. The rooms were nice and spacious.

Housekeeping was rude. Refused to move their cart to let us through with our luggage cart and told us to "figure it out" which resulted in us having to remove all of our luggage (7 pieces) and take it quite a ways to the room. My parents are elderly and the whole incident was very unnecessary. They refused to give us extra towels to accommodate the number of guests in each room (4). I was very dissatisfied with housekeeping but everyone and everything else was great!

Didn't like how we had to pay for parking aside stay! That should all be included. Some people only like to use cash and couldn't pay cash for anything even from the market

The staff was very friendly. Check in and out was easy.

This has nothing on the staff. But whatever company is used for payments. There is absolutely no reason or excuse to have THREE security charges pending on my account! They aren't even for the same amount. Every day there was another charge. I was an able to leisurely spend my money and barely able to make it home with the funds I had available thru my credit union. And joy for it being the weekend and unable to unfreeze the pending charges on my account. Highly annoyed!!!!

Location close to everything! 20 minute walk to everything of 6 minute Uber ride. Facility very clean and comfy. Excellent value for my money and I would definitely return.

The breakfast was the same every single day with the exception of alternating between turkey and pork sausage. I would've loved to see more of a variety. The parking is $42 a day and I received a better rate of $25 at the parking garage across the street. I was quoted a $100 incidental fee over the phone but once I arrived they tried to charge me $50 per day, however they did honor the $100 flat fee.

Excellent location which was near the convention center and found restaurants nearby that we went to multiple times (Cochon Butcher and Gus's). The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating (allowing packages to be received and luggage stored while we picked up our rental car). Room was spacious: it was great to have a work desk away from the bed and sofa to lounge in.

Breakfast was the same everyday (sausage and eggs, breads, oats/cereal, 2-3 fruits, coffee/tea, milk/yogurt) and sometimes no longer available 30min before it was supposed to end. It would have been great if we were told upon check-in what days our room was scheduled to be cleaned (it's not daily). Housekeeping didn't follow what their sign said, replacing our towels even if we left them hanging (instead of only replacing those on the floor). And there was a handprint and marks above our headboard.

Very clean hotel in a nice location. Typical New Orleans staff. Not as friendly and put us off so she could finish what she was doing before she greeted us, then it was like she was just doing here job counting the minutes until she was off. Room and hotel were VERY CLEAN and comfortable. Parking prices ridiculous, so ended parking on the street.

Receptionist

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the hotel overall was great. I would absolutely stay here again. The location was great for us, it was only a few minutes from the French Quarter. Walking distance to the WW 2 museum, which is a must do!

We have no complaints. The hotel met our needs and was perfect for our activities. There was a lot of road construction around the hotel, but they have no control over that.

It was a good location close to the cruise terminal and close to the mall. They let us store our luggage while we waited on our room to be ready because we got there very early. Pool looked very nice we saw a family out there swimming and they said the water was good. We didn’t get in the water because we had been in the pool all week on the cruise lol. Would stay here again!

Loved the hotel. Overall I would say an 8 out of 10. Hot breakfast, centrally located in walking distance for food and entertainment, pleasant staff, quiet, and clean. I’d stay again.

Only thing that could have made our experience better was that the room didn’t get cool enough during the night. And some of the bedding wasn’t as clean, but we requested new bedding and received it with no issues. Also, keep in mind there is a pool, but it’s rather small so more than a few ppl and it feels over crowded, which didn’t cause an issue intil the weekend crowd rolled in (most of our stay was during the week). However, it was perfect for my young kids and amazing after the sun went down and right before bed.
