My family and I stayed here because it was conveniently located to the Port of New Orleans. This hotel also had a free complimentary shuttle that transported us to and from the port which was great. This hotel will also be a great option if you’re attending any events at the convention center because it’s located directly across the street from the venue. The hotel also offered complementary breakfast that extends beyond bagels, muffins, juice, and fruit. The complementary breakfast was impressive because it offered a decent selection of food items and it certainly met my family’s needs. There’s truly not a need to go out for breakfast unless you’re looking for a unique New Orleans breakfast/brunch experience. The hotel is also conveniently located (by foot or transportation) to the some of the highly popular areas in the city such as the French Quarter, Canal Street, Bourbon street, Harrah’s casino, etc. I would certainly consider staying here again.

This is by far the best place to stay for a conference at the conference center! It is literally right across the street! I was so excited to see our location. There are no super close restaurants but there are some a few blocks down. The room was adequate sized and everything was good. The staff were wonderful and I definitely would stay here again. The price was also good for attending a several night seminar. The breakfast was good and lots to choose from.

I had to ask for certain sodas but they did get them! So that was good. No vending machines on the floors - that would have been great. I wish they would have serviced the room every day - not every other day. And it would have been nice to have a restaurant on site or closer by but they were at least within a few blocks. I did not try the bar and am not sure if they had any food items there. There is always Uber eats!

The location of this property was perfect, we were right across the street from the essence festival which was a plus. There is alot to do within walking distance. We really enjoyed the pool and bar. A huge shout out goes to the valet gentleman's we came across during our stay. They were very tentative, engaged in friendly conversation and even gave food recommendations. Our overall stay was enjoyable and we are already booking another trip to visit again!

Ants were throughout our room and in the bathroom. Hotel sent someone in right away to spray even offered to switch our rooms but due to traveling 12+hrs we were too exhausted to switch and opted to have them change the bedding since Ants were crawling on them as well. We didn't have any other issues.

Guest rooms were attractive and comfortable.

No convenience store in hotel or nearby, although the front desk clerks had free plastic bottles of drinking water. In room refrigerators should have separate refrigerator and freezer compartments. Wi-Fi internet required trackable username. Lighting in bathroom so bright it is blinding. A clip to keep window drapes fully closed would be a plus. Door to in-room safe door was open with lock pins extended. I could not find a reset pin on the inside of the door. Night front desk clerk told me I must wait until morning for help with the in-room safe.

I booked through a 3rd party, because the hotel website said the rooms were sold out. By booking through the 3rd party, I was unable alter my reservation to get the parking package to leave my vehicle while I was on the cruise. I was unaware that would be an issue. However, I did ask again during check-in, and I was told that I could pay to leave my car, but there was no guarantee that they would have room for me on the shuttle. I believe that should be stated on the hotel's website, so guest don't think that they can add it on whenever and still have the same service as when you purchase it on the hotel site. It was only a minor inconvenience, because we were able to find another (less expensive) parking option.

I loved that they were very welcoming! The hotel is very clean and smells great! Besides the one rude ass vallet attendant that was working on night shift, the staff was very friendly and efficient! The rooms were very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Their pool was clean, and even had a towel station for us to dry off after swimming. The breakfast selection has a large variety of food to eat as well! I would definitely book again!

We had to pay a 50 dollar security deposit, but that was kinda expected. Most likely, you'll get the deposit back upon check out if the room isn't trashed or damaged. We also had to pay 45 dollars a day for vallet parking😫. There was one rude ass vallet employee that worked nightshift. Attiude was on 100 and was very unprofessional. Yea, he was definitely on his period🫤. All in all, that didn't take away from us having a great stay!

A good, high-quality hotel. Spacious room. Clean. The breakfast was good: I found porridge, eggs, meat, and fruit. Сlean small pool.

Cons: 1. There was no bottled drinking water in the room; for some reason, they didn't give it to me upon check-in. 2. The windows don't open, which is a minus for me. 3. The view from the window is terrible; it's best not to look. 4. All rooms have connecting doors, so if your neighbors are noisy, you won't be able to sleep well.

Breakfast was delicious, the best thing was the waffles, and juice, i didnt like the sausage i prefer links or bacon but overall A+. The Hotel was really clean, and quiet, the room was as described, bed was very comfortable. I will be staying here my next trip. Parking was very convientent as well.

The sausage. Tasted watery. I like links or bacon, even ham. The microwave was not plug in so i had to move on to desk to reach a plug, but it wasnt a big deal worked out even better.

The property was in a great location. I loved the historical look of the room.

The room we were given was not the room we booked . We booked a deluxe 2 queen bed suite with a kitchen but was given a basic room with 2 queen beds with a mini fridge. The front advised that we could get the requested room the next day but no one addressed the matter. The breakfast was a joke but the waffle was delicious. Valet couldn’t find our car twice. They said it was parked 5 blocks away.

Reginald was running the front counter and was very kind and professional 👌 the valet guys as well really impressed me! These guys go out of their way to help you.. the room was nice and cool and the first thing I noticed when I walked in was the clean smell coming from the bathroom which made me happy knowing the cleaners do their job! Beds were nice and comfortable with a big flat screen, microwave, ironing board, mini fridge, and was in a great location!

I have no complaints!
