This was honestly one of the best hotels I’d stayed at in years. The staff were amazing, especially Maggie the General Manager who was super helpful and friendly. She even gave us bottles of cold water after we stored our luggage and went out on our last day. The room was spacious and very clean, very comfortable beds and there were so many extras provided such as body lotion, hairdryer, toiletries etc. The (complimentary) breakfast choice was excellent - eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, yoghurt, fruit, bagels, bread, muffins, cereal, tea, coffee, water and juices. The location was great, approx 20/25 minute walk into Jackson Square and the French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Nothing - it was perfect!

The room was everything expected but the matresses were lacking, super thin. The sheets were the loud ones that wake everyone up everytime someone moves. Those are really our only two complaints, everything else was great. We were on the top floor so it was super quiet except the noise of the elevator going up and down but we were right next to it and it was no louder than any cars outside. The breakfast was well supplied and as you would expect for continental. We would stay here again.

We loved having a suite, and the record player with classic jazz records was a truly charming touch - we used it every single night we were there! Closet storage space was also great, and we loved the exposed brick wall. In terms of location, we found it to be a perfect base for walking around - close to great restaurants (Cochon, Cochon Butcher, Compere Lapin, Peche), walkable distance to the French Quarter and the Marigny, and walkable distance from the streetcar line to the Garden District. Also, it was close to the start of Mardi Gras parades! Surprisingly given its central location, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, and we got a great night's sleep every night we were there. The suite was also nice and clean, and the hotel's front desk was manned at all hours.

The sink in our bathroom released only a small trickle of water. We didn't complain to management though, as we had a sink in the living room which worked fine that we could use instead. We did wish there had been a few more hooks for towels in the bathroom, though. Also, we asked for cleaning service at the front desk a couple of times during our 8 day stay, but no one ever came to service the room. Trash placed outside the door was picked up, but no one ever came to freshen the towels, soap, or replace the toilet paper - we ended up going downstairs to the desk ourselves and getting replacement toilet paper, which worked fine. Also, the ice machine on the floor didn't work.

We really enjoyed the fact that there were separate living room/bedroom areas. My 8 yr. old could watch cartoons in bed while mom and I watched something else while having beverages on the couch. All the attractions were a short Uber ride away and affordable overnight parking was within walking distance. The premises were very well kept and always clean.

The t.v. in our living room area didn't connect to any services; No local stations, no cable, no streaming. I managed to mirror my phone on it so we could watch Netflix. The fridge and the central A.C. was warm, though a quick call to the front desk got the engineering guys in within minutes to replace the fridge and fix the A.C. Both were cold after that. The coffee maker (the only one I saw) in the breakfast area was a single serve machine that took a few minutes to brew. I'm big on morning coffee, so this was a let down. I wished they had bigger trash cans available on the floors so we could throw away larger items (pizza boxes, etc.).

The ambience of the whole hotel was excellent, it felt very celebratory for New Orleans Mardi Gras without being too touristy or in your face. The staff was excellent and they welcomed us in as early as they could after we departed from a cruise, and stored our bags until our room was ready which was really needed in the rain. The room was comfortable and homey and had a good amount of space. The hotel seemed quiet but was within walking distance to the French Quarter.

The beds were a little small. There were no sockets or tables next to the bed convenient for charging cell phones that are used for alarms.

I was in town for a conference at the Convention Center. The location of the hotel to the conference center was excellent. The breakfast was fair (bacon, sausage, eggs), not just cereal and toast. etc.

I was in a room with 1 Queen bed and a lounge. The desk was in the lounge, which was a room without any windows. It would have been nice to have a window where the desk was located. Also, the light in the hallway where the dressing mirror was located was not working, so that made it hard to check yourself.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Great location—everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the area super convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. We really appreciated that they let us check in early, which made a big difference after a long trip. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable place to relax. The breakfast was decent with a nice variety to start the day. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for an incredible stay! We dealt with some non-hotel related issues, including a rental car mishap and a member of our party having to leave early. The hotel was incredibly accommodating. Start to finish. The staff was super friendly. The room was updated and clean and super comfortable for our party of six. We’ve stayed here before and we will definitely be back! Thank you guys so much for everything

The only issue we had was with the shower on the 10th floor, which is the top floor. Sometimes the water pressure would essentially stop for a minute or so, during what felt like busy times of the day. We laughed about it. But even with that, I still give the hotel a 10 out of 10 because the staff was so incredible, and we loved our room.

We had a good view of the bridge and river to the left and city to the right. We have 2 boys 16 and 19 and we were all comfortable. Everything was good. The electric outlets in the bedroom did not work and someone came up within 10 minutes to fix it all. He even made sure the lights worked and found that the lamp did not. He got us a new one and even brought extra bedding for the boys who were sleeping on the pull out sofa.

The electric outlets in the bedroom did not work and someone came up within 10 minutes to fix it all. Other than being a slight inconvenience it was fine and fixed in a timely manner.
