We asked for a room with a King size bed and a loveseat. It was nice and spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our daughter and son-in-law traveled with their 2 dogs and that was so wonderful to be able to stay in the same place because their dogs were allowed

The only real problem we encountered was the location of the hotel. The Hotel is set back off the street and the only street to gain access to the hotel doesn't have a sign to designate this is the place to turn in to so you can get to the hotel. The whole time we were there we kept passing it because the street actually doesn't look like a street but a driveway. We asked the staff about it and of course they can't do anything about it but in our discussion, we came up with that it may be a thing with the city, possibly if the advertisement would state the name of the businesses on the corner of the street if a sign stating entrance to Hampton Inn can't be put out by the street,

The staff was exceptional. When I gave my name upon arrival, the attendant recognized my name and knew that a change had been made to my reservation. She informed me that my room had been upgraded due to lack of availability for the room I had originally booked. She was very professional and apologized for any inconvenience.

I have no complaints at all. The only thing would be the location of the storage containers on the street in front of the parking lot caused some visibility issues.

The young lady at the front desk who checked me in. So sorry I forgot your name but you are such a sweet and professional staff associate. She helped me with my headboard situation very well and it was fixed within descent time. I will be returning soon and thank you guys so much for a wonderful stay 👍

I did not have time for breakfast on this visit; have enjoyed breakfast on a previous stay.

I didn’t like that no bottled water was available in my room. As a Silver Honors member, I expected that little gesture of thanks. However, other than that, all staff interactions were friendly and professional. Thanks!

The location was good. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. I liked that the room had a sleeper sofa. While I did not use the amenities, I did like that it had a fitness center and indoor pool.

$200+ just to sleep somewhere for a night is very pricey. But I understand why. There was an NFL game, the hotel location appears to be in a "safe" location, while a lot of "affordable" places are not. The sleeper sofa was kind of uncomfortable.

Location and front desk staff was superb.

Kitchen lady never smiles and when asked to refill milk she acted like it was a bother. Breakfast can be better in terms of cooking and options. It is New Orleans so you should serve up home cooked breakfast. So, it was okay.

The breakfast was amazing, the space in the room was much needed with 3 kids and the location was 5-6 mins from my n-laws. The staff members were very attentive and welcoming.

By me having 3 kids and I love baths myself I didn't have a tub stopper so I had to use a rag to plug up the tub. It worked of course but we should have the option for all tubs. The bed was uncomfortable to where I kept waking up but I made it work while we was there. Improve the tub and the bed and this place would be a 10 out of 10 for me.

When we checked in that night we man that checked us in was awesome. I can't remember the name very well, I believe it was Chase or something like that. He was so awesome. If I live closer I would still him from you as an employee. lol

Lots of restaurants in the area. The staff was fabulous. The breakfast variety was nice.

I almost missed the turn to get onto the property. The pool was very cold, I would have figured it to be heated seeing as it was an indoor pool.

Everything was clean and very friendly customer service.

The entrance has a slightly higher decor floor that is dangerous. My wife tripped on it while coming from the parking. They should level it to make it safe.
