Great location in the Garden District. Secure parking lot at back of hotel. Streetcar runs right in front of the hotel, which makes it very convenient. You can walk to a few restaurants and Fresh Market. We loved walking in the neighborhood. Audobon Park is accessible via the streetcar and is a beautiful, large park to walk/run in.

We did not have any complaints about this hotel at all.

The hotel was clean and functional. Staff was not particularly welcoming or friendly. Breakfast was just ok, not more than ok and not less. I thought $400/night was excessive for what the hotel offered.

friendlier, more welcoming reception desk; longer breakfast hours, higher quality foods at breakfast, room decor is ugly, no charm at all. The location is very good, though.

Loved the breakfast, the street car out front, the secure free parking, and access to the gym. And it was nice to have coffee by the pool. Pillows were also nice.

The bed was too soft for my liking, but it was fine. The gym is tiny and can get crowded.

The staff went out of their way to help us understand the transportation the RTA. The breakfasts were a wonderful with changes every day. The staff went so out of their way to help us. I was took a maintenance person for a housekeeping person but he took my trash and got me new bags even though that was not his job. Quarterly and Wanda for absolutely fabulous. Having to pay for parking with the cost of the room, it should have been included. The table in the breakfast lounge, the chairs at the smaller tables need to be secured, I spelt my coffee two days in a row..

It was easy to get to the main activities from the hotel by using the street car which had a stop in front of hotel. Leashia at the front desk was the BEST part of staying at the hotel! She was GREAT!

The breakfast was just ok. The pool is very small.

Booking.com messed up my reservation for the second time in less than 3 weeks. I updated my credit card on the site but it was not updated through the hotel. My reservation was almost cancelled. When i got there to check in they said my card couldn't be authorized. When i showed them the card on booking, the hotel had not been update. I lost my King Deluxe room and had to take a queen double. All they had left. Booking.com use to me my favorite site to book through, but after these last two incidents I don't think i will use them or refer them to anyone. Aside from Booking.com's error, the hotel was nice. Next door to Superior Grill and close proximity to a strip mall.

Excellent location to catch the trolley and go to conferences. Nearby restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores to walk to. Free parking. Thank you truly. Mildred Bryant

Had to come for my FIL surgery, hospital was right down the street we could leave our car parked and walk to the hospital. Superior grill was right next door the train trolleys ran right in front of the building

After paying for the room an additional $20 per day to park

Great staff, very clean hotel and room, well located.
