The location was fantastic! The trolley is $3 for a 24 hour pass and a stop is located right outside. It's a short ride to Bourbon Street or restaurants. There are several within walking distance too. It's was quiet. The hotel was fully booked, and we would've never known there were other people there. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They lock the hotel and parking garage up at night, which made me feel incredibly safe. You get a code to get in after 8pm. I will 100% stay here again.

The water takes forever to warm up. It takes about 10 minutes or so.

Overall, the hotel left a good impression. The location is nice—not too noisy—and we got a room on the second floor with a balcony. It’s clear that the property is being looked after and maintained in decent condition. There’s free parking available, but you’ll need to get a permit. The hotel smells pleasant, the bed linens were clean, and the room itself was tidy. Can’t say anything about the WiFi - we didn’t use that.

A few things gave us mixed feelings: there were some stains on the towels, and at checkout we noticed a discrepancy in the bill—it was over $8 more than what we had booked on Booking.com (there are additional fees charged at check-in).

This lovely hotel is in an excellent location for Mardi Gras if you go with children. Parking is also gated at the hotel. There is a fee for it, which is to be expected during this time of year. It is quiet at night once the parades end and everything settles down. If you want to experience bourbon or the partying atmosphere, I recommend staying closer to Canal Street.

I would love a better coffee bar. They do have a Keurig in the lobby and rooms and a coffee shop within walking distance, so it's not a complaint, but it would be nice.

I received such a warm welcome here! Carlos checked me in and went above & beyond helping me with my bags. He even went as far as to get them up to my room while I parked my car. Soft music was playing when I walked into my room, everything was clean, & the bed was so comfortable. Convenient to have the St. Charles line right out the door. The parking garage was peace of mind too. All staff here were great too from the front desk to housekeeping, to management. I loved it here!

I would have loved to have breakfast, but there are places around to grab a good bite to eat, so this would not deter me from staying here again.

The room was very big, clean and comfortable. Free coffee and water and everyone was super nice. Parking was free, but crowded if you get there too late. Great location, in the middle of downtown with tons of things to do within walking distance. I really liked all of the informative text messages they sent to my phone as they aswered a lot of questions.

No decaf coffee available, and on the last night I called the front desk to refill the water cooler, which they never did.

Clean, nicely decorated hotel, very large room with comfortable king bed. Relatively small bathroom, but adequate with a full-size walk-in shower. Good water pressure and temperature. Secure parking in an on-site garage is a big plus and one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. Located at the southern (eastern) end of the Garden District. Very good location on St. Charles for the Irish Day and Mardi Gras parades. Walking distance to Magazine Street, cable car to Downtown if you desire. Many good restaurants within walking distance, street car or short drive.

The lobby is clean and well decorated, just not very warm and welcoming. It would be nice if the restaurant/bar was operational to help liven the atmosphere.

I chose this hotel because of its free parking (need I say more?!), however I was weary of the area as I was researching the best hotel option. I decided to give it a go and I wasn’t disappointed. Leonce was at the front desk when I arrived and he gave me and my cousin the FULL rundown as to where to go, where to eat, how to use the tram, tours, etc. He was fantastic! There’s a tram stop right outside and it took like 13mins to get to the French Quarter. The room was comfortable and mostly clean (someone forgot to flush the bathroom toilet, so when it arrived it needed to be flushed.)

Other than the toilet in the bathroom not being flushed. The hotel charged me $6 more than the indicated total on Booking.com which included all essential taxes. If it wasn’t for this I would have given the hotel a 9/10. Despite this, I would go back.

The rooms were very clean and well appointed. Staff were very kind and friendly and made special efforts to celebrate graduates- since we were there for Graduation this was a lovely surprise!

We were there for 4days and the rooms were not cleaned. We emptied our own trash cans etc. I realised later that rooms would be cleaned only upon request. This did not affect the enjoyment of our stay though!

We liked the onsite parking, especially that they locked the garage at night. The hotel was not too crowded. The location had a hop on/off stop directly across the street from the front doors!

The majority of the stuff were very nice and always acknowledge my family when we walked through or needed something. There was one that was just a little too occupied by their phone and also locked the doors about 5 minutes early on us while sitting outside. Nothing to major, just a little bothersome to us.

Everything and everyone from Jeffrey at front desk to Dion in housekeeping to the location, cleanliness, comfort and homecoming vibes!!! Free parking included is insane!! I've seen complaint about no breakfast lol, but you saved 50 a night plus tip on private parking! Liquor store next door is friends with benefits territory lol.
