The house was real spacious and accommodating for my family, the only thing I didn’t like was the construction so I had to park to far away from the residence but over all it was amazing!

Good location. We were 1/2 a block from St. Charles St. It was easy to get on the streetcar and go to the different locations downtown. Having a keyless entry was great as it allowed the different party members to come and go at different times. Plenty of towels. The rooms were spacious.

One of the upstairs bedrooms had a ceiling fan that could only run the light and fan at the same time. The AC couldn't keep the house cool, so we had to sleep with the light on, or be hot without the fan being on. The washing machine was not level so it would bounce around when it was spinning after rinsing the clothes. The dryer would not dry the clothes on the first cycle. The upstairs toilet would not fill up after flushing, unless the tank lid was off.

There was no Breakfast, we paid an outside vendor that took us to breakfast as part of the Tour, it was good.

So many things could have been better! Very little communication with the vendor. I sent several messages only to receive apologies, however, no visit to fix the issues whatsoever, we were greeted with dead roaches in the living area and near the kitchen, the living room couch is not balanced, so when you sit, the other end rises, making you feel you are going to fall to the floor, there were no kitchen towels available, bathroom tub knob was stripped, bathroom stopper was broken, could not take baths at all, and only had 1 bathroom available for us to shower, due to stripped knob, no broom or mop for the floors, only 2 wash clothes available for a 3-bedroom Condo. System only showed me with 2 people, when I had a whole dialogue with guest services about an accommodation for 7 and have proof of the messages, still only 2 wash clothes. No mat at the front entrance, so when the rain poured down, we were forced to step in a puddle of rain to get inside, and it tracked a mess at the front entrance. Parking was horrible, construction at the street kept quite loud, there was clearly no walk through completed prior to our arrival, the place was not very clean at all. I can go on, but bottom line, this was a nightmare stay, and we will not return to this property in the future. Received communication the day we arrived disclosing no water and wifi down, due to construction, which all should have been disclosed upon booking because the construction had been there for some time already, so there was enough notice to be provided of the issues.
