The location was outstanding and the unit was well-appointed, including the kitchenette. The wifi was reliable enough for me to work remotely. Check-in was smooth.

My only complaint was the lack of an air conditioner. To be fair, the listing didn't claim they had this. I was here in June and it did get hot enough that it was unpleasant. The room did have a portable fan, which is thoughtful of them to include and helped make it bearable to sleep at night. For this reason, I would consider this place a 5/5 for the rest of the year, but a 4.5/5 during the hot months.

The apartment was clean, well decorated, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and ample storage for our luggage and items. We stayed during the winter and the apartment was also nice and cozy and comfortable. It was also well located for walking to the zoo and into the city centre. We came just after Christmas so the businesses downstairs were fairly quiet.

The kitchen could have used a better thought out set of cooking utensils - there was a large pot for boiling pasta, a large frying pan and a small saucepan, but only the small saucepan would fit with either the pan or the pot on the two-burner hob, and you couldn't use the frying pan and large pot together. There was also only one small paring knife which was not particularly sharp so preparing any ingredients was time consuming. It would have been really nice to have a better prep knife and a couple different pan sizes for cooking with. But that isn't a major complaint if you don't plan on doing much cooking. Also nitpicking, the hanging lamp in the lounge area of the apartment was a bit too low and got in the way of watching TV when it was on.

Susanna was great, she responded fast to my request to leave my luggage for a while more in her office, and was very helpful and acccommodating on my last day in Leipzig. The location is also excellent, very near to the Markt square and about 15 mins from the main central train station. Apartment was clean when I arrived.

On the last day, the housekeeping personnel opened the door of my apartment at around 9am. I think it might have been a misunderstanding as she quickly closed the door and apologised. However, the housekeeping again knocked on my door at about 10.40am (around 20 mins before check out time) and asked if I was leaving. I felt that these two encounters were not very nice to deal with. One more important note is that the room does not come with a/c - so in summer, this could be a problem.

The location is super fantastic. Centrally located in the shopping district and within walking distance to the museums, Marketplaz, tram and regional train and the zoo! The windows faced a quiet side of the shopping district and we can hear the birds while sitting in the kitchen/ dining area. Susanne and Marie at the reception were very helpful too, and facilitated early check in - something we appreciated after a 22 hour travel itinerary from Manila, Philippines.

The room was cleaned only once a week. So for the 16 days stay- we only had 2 change of towels. You also have to buy your own supply of toilet paper and toilet bags etc even if this is an apartment. The daily rates changed significantly so better check the booking details.

Good location - short walk to all the major sights in Leipzig. My room overlooked a central courtyard and was very quiet. Access and creating my own key was much easier than I had expected.

Higher wattage light bulbs would be good - the room seemed pretty dark even with all the lights on. If I had been staying for more than a week I would have been irritated by the lack of a full length wardrobe to hang stuff up. The sofa was very uncomfortable.

Great location in the centre of Leipzig. The accommodation has no reception and check-in is automatic with the room key-card generated at a kiosk inside the main door. This was very convenient. The room was spacious with a nice fridge and kitchen facilities. It was easy to store and prepare basic food for breakfast and snacks. Bed was comfortable, nice balcony overlooking an internal courtyard. Overall would highly recommend.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Newly refurbished room was wonderful, kitchen facility is well equipt, clean bathroom and very comfortable bed , so  perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend!:) The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They also were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early at like 11am.Such positive service attitude is highly commendable. Please (BRERA) give your staff awards! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown and will definitely stay there next time!

Location! very close to marketplaza, fresh farmers market, restaurants everywhere near the property, the property managers upgrade my room with a patio

If patio had shade eaves would be very helpful cover the sun directly into the room especially in hot days.

Very clean rooms. Excellent location. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Unfortunately, our room did not have ventilation or air conditioning. Our trip took place at the peak of the heat, so it was extremely difficult to sleep. There is also a club in the building and although the sound insulation is good, the sounds of music made their way through.

The apartment was fantastic. Great location in the centre of the city, close to the Hauptbahnhoff. A lot of restaurants, shopping stores and landmarks around. The apartments itself had everything needed for a great stay. All the kitchen utensils you could think of, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and so on. The place was spacious and comfy and the staff were also really friendly.
