It was so quiet! The walls are cinder block, which makes it look old-fashioned, but I like absolute quiet to sleep, so for me it was perfect. You can tell it's a family-run business and that they care about the details. I was pleased with my choice and I would stay here again.

It's an older facility, so it looks dated. (Remember those dark pink tubs from the 70s?) The rooms are smaller and feel a little crowded with furniture. But honestly, I don't care about any of that. I just want a good night's sleep in a quiet, safe, clean hotel, and that's what I got.

Comfortable bed, convenient location. They are upgrading their TV's and if you wish a DVD player they their Booking as mentions you will have to ask for one and they will hook it up to the TV. The manager is very personable and explains their upgrades very well. We were happy with our stay.

The signage for the location of the office is lacking. We pulled off the street to what appeared to be a front door and found it was just entered a hallway. After diving around the north side of the building we found the sign that said lobby.

For what the hotel is, it’s great. Clean and comfortable. The owner is incredibly kind. He checked me in and explained everything to me, then he was there at check out, too, and called me by name and gave me a water. There was a very cute hand towel in a glass by the sink, and a nice placard, too. Good amenities as in a working fridge, great ac, a coffee maker, a good tv and the decor/bedspread were tasteful. It’s not the fanciest place in the world but for what it is it’s excellent.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, the room was extremely clean, there's plenty of lighting and outlets for devices, and the TV is set up so you can sign into a variety of different streaming services.

There were no heating controls in the room, so we were not able to adjust the temperature. It was sometimes uncomfortably warm during our stay.

When we got to our room it was already warm and it stayed that way without having to fuss with the heat. Not usually the case when traveling. The room was nicely decorated and clean, the carpet looked new. Controls for the tv, coffee maker etc were labeled and worked! Lots of pillows for when you want to sit up in bed and watch tv. Best in room coffee I have had. I would go out of my way to stay here again.

The only negative was Mother Nature, she froze the melting snow in the parking lot.

We really liked where this hotel was located. It was easy to find the hotel. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. On checkout, they even gave us 2 bottles of water because the weather was supposed to be so hot. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The only thing we didn't really like was there was nothing on TV except Netflix but that still wasn't too bad. We got to watch movies for free.

When we checked in, the owner/manager spent a lot of time with us (we got there late due to weather), and gave us tips to make our stay nicer. They were very kind and appreciated the extra effort!

The hotel room had a unique system where the room key card has to be left inserted in a slot INSIDE the room for the room lights to work. The manager had to explain it in detail just so we knew how to work the lights. Our key card had a bad chip that worked for the door but not the lights so had to go back to the office and change out the room key card so we would have lights. Way over complicated, but they probably had a reason so spend so much money on the room lighting system. Way over complicated from a user perspective!

The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. All the extras were there. I would recommend this place to anybody. The managers or owners were particularly friendly & knowledgeable. This hotel was well managed. Very organized.

The room was sort of expensive. However, it was worth it for what I got for it. It was one of the few hotels that the money was worth the value.

The room was very clean. The bed was great. Everything seemed to be freshly painted. It looked like they were getting ready to replace all the windows. Overall a great experience.

The bathroom and shower/tub was really small. The tub appeared to be very old.

Arcadia was not fancy and it was small. but our room had everything we needed. It had several nice touches that made it feel homey. It was exactly what we were looking for. Didn't want to pay big bucks when all we needed was a clean and comfortable place to sleep.
