I know that there is an effort to cool both rooms with what was available durning my stay but it’s not sufficient. With the room having to bedrooms with doors and also a sleeping area in the living room, there should either be central air or air conditioner units in all 3 areas. I’m sure it’s better in the winter when the central heating is used but when cool air is needed it doesn’t really work. Also, it would be better for the room to actually have 2 bathrooms instead of a shower and bathtub combo in the same bathroom. But it was a nice, clean room that fit our needs. It would be a fantastic room if the other things were in place.

Rooms were spotlessly clean! The bathroom, sitting area and bed were all perfect. All the staff we encountered (several different people at the front desk and breakfast personnel) were all friendly and helpful. The junior suite was large, with a sitting area with its own TV, fridge and microwave. I especially appreciated the full coffee carafes in the lobby (always full and hot!) and the bowl of fruit left out for guests to grab.

The location is on the edge of town and convenient to the highway for quick access to Scotts Bluff National Monument; however, the location is not conducive to walking and exploring the town. (You can walk easily on the frontage road to Target or the Mexican restaurant next door, but that's about it.) The price tag for two nights was steep, and while the hotel was very nice, it doesn't seem worth it for a location like Scottsbluff.

Located on the edge of town, but not far from restaurants and Chimney Rock. The beds were comfortable and they provide a “hard” and “soft” pillow option for your needs.

Breakfast was only “ok” with pre-frozen meats and eggs. It got the job done for us, but could be improved with fresh fruits and foods.

Clean, excellent staff. The elevator was not working. At check-in the clerk asked me if, given that, I preferred the first floor rather than the third. I did. They serve a hot breakfast and I noticed that the cleaning staff were eating. I mentioned to the clerk that I appreciated that they took care of their staff. She responded that with the elevator issue, their GM was trying to let staff know how much their hard work was appreciated. All in all, a Midwest nice experience.

I had to ask (twice) to have the pool and spa opened in he morning. But the staff apologized.

We love this hotel.. I have stayed with my family before and will definitely go back.

it snowed and I fell on the ice. They were having a difficult keeping up with slippery spots in the lot. After my fall, my husband, bless his heart, made sure to drop me off and pick me up at the lobby entrance.

Friendly staff ready with information about the facilities and where to eat. After a long drive, happy hour drinks were very welcome. Room was a good size, clean and everything worked.

Compared to other places we stayed the breakfast choice was a bit limited.

l like that they have the room ready before the check in time and the room was clean and have everything we need to have a comfortable stay

the only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't connect to Netflix but maybe I didn't know how

Service was great and our room was very clean! Breakfast was good, had everything we wanted! Would definitely stay again!

Not enough towels in the room, but we were able to get more from the front desk. He was very friendly and helpful.

Please put a nonslip surface in your bathtubs, and appropriately placed hand rails. Everything about the hotel was very nice, but the bathtubs require attention from a safety perspective.
