The staff is always helpful and personable.

The handheld shower would not stay where you put it and the shower chair could have a good scrubbing and could be replaced with an actual shower chair. The shower curtain was too short and we had to use towels to keep the floor from getting wet. It really needs to be upgraded!

Big rooms with great breakfast.

There was a dental floss lying around in the living area. The layout of the room was a little odd. The dining area retreats all the way into a secluded corner.

Didn't have breakfast. Everything was good except they were having problems with their wifi and TV. Didn't bother us much. Room was good staff were great!

The fridge in our room wasn't working apparently, and it ruined our food, but otherwise, everything was great.

This is a beautiful hotel. It looked brand new even though the clerk said it was 7 or 8 years old. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel was centrally located to the various sites we were planning to visit. We did not take advantage of the breakfast provided. There were good restaurants within 1-5 miles from the location.

We were so glad that they had accommodations after a long, harrowing drive across Wyoming in significant weather. Comfortable, warm rooms and beds. We are very appreciative.

There was no luggage rack. We had 2 suitcases, and only one place to open one suitcase.

I booked this property because they had a pool. The pool was closed during my stay.

Front desk person, so very nice and welcoming. Kitchen and cleaning staff very helpful.

It was great nothing to dislike.

As always, the room was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and temperature control in the room was easy, and not noisy. It was a little too windy to use the balcony much, but we plan to book a balcony room when the weather is nicer. The option for Internet TV is fantastic, as well.
