The staff is beyond compare. My whole family stayed there and we all were amazed how friendly the staff was and how helpful. They always greeted us and asked if there was anything we needed and that was everyone, housekeeping, breakfast staff, reception. The facility is clean no matter where you go, breakfast was varied and really good - try the chocolate waffles if they are on tap - a variety of coffee was made available each day along with various teas and hot chocolate. It was a very cold and windy week so that was very nice to have along with the cosey fire in the evenings. Will be staying here whenever I go back this way. I am retired and I do travel a bit, have not found any place that can top the staff in this hotel.

Really can't think of a thing. All our needs and requests were accommodated.

Breakfast was pretty good--enough for two older folks. Our son and 5 grandkids love to have "pool parties" when we visit Scottsbluff and stay at the Hampton, so this is a big draw FOR THEM. Thank you for making the pool available.

The hot tub in the pool was out of order (not heated). There was a sign on it, but several people continued to sit in it (at their own risk).

Room was on first floor.

Our room smelled like a boys locker room filled with extra dirty sweaty socks. The breakfast chicken sausage was disgusting, the eggs were awful and the doughnuts were hard as rocks.

Location was great, including access to paved walking trails. Room was clean, fitness center was clean and equipment good. We enjoyed the full breakfast and good coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a nice array of snack items available in the small shop at the front desk.

It was a little noisy, including a barking dog in the hallway, after 10 pm.

The entire experience was great! Had a lovely breakfast on the morning we left and enjoyed visiting with Dave; he was very accommodating for whatever the 8 of us needed.

It was clean, great location, great breakfast, nice pool and hot tub

Nothing horrible. There were kids running up and down the halls being really loud until late, so we did not sleep well. The seal around the door looked to be gone, so a lot of light came through the edges and under the door, so the room was not really dark to sleep, and I think the noise was louder because of that as well

Room was comfortable. The gentleman that works the night shift is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff was very cheerful and chatty and I enjoyed it.

I really liked how the staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond expectations. We had so much trouble with renting a vehicle, they were there for us every step of the way-giving us rides to and from our destination. We will forever be grateful for the staff here! The breakfast was actually really good. I’m thankful they had breakfast bc I didn’t like the restaurant next door.

Friendly staff at desk and in breakfast area! There was an excellent variety of choices for breakfast, and the “store” was well stocked. We were able to walk to the Perkins Restaurant for dinner.

Convenient location and very clean. Friendly staff.

Should have more towels available without asking for multiple night stays. Breakfasts were ok but some items were over cooked or had dried out some.
