The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The view was beautiful.

I didn't like that they didn't have an AC/heater unit. The room was a bit cold at night. A mini fridge would have been nice as well.

The room had all of the amenities I look for- fridge, microwave, spacious, bed is comfortable and elevated so that you can see the beautiful ocean while lying in bed. The room even had a working fireplace. The balcony was spacious, and a wonderful place to enjoy my morning coffee or my evening cocktail. The hot tub was very hot and soothing but the jets weren't really working. The daily breakfast was perfect, served quick with great servers who are friendly and accommodating. The front desk reception staff were also friendly, helpful and willing to provide extra's like more blankets, a room heater, and other extra's. They helped me reach a booking agent to confirm the time for an outing. I also booked a deep tissue massage (wonderful) and an anti-aging facial (also fantastic!). I can't say enough positive things about the experience at this wonderful hotel!

I appreciate the entertainment in the evening, however, if you did want to sleep earlier, it was a little loud, but thankfully, the music was over by 10:00 PM which is reasonable. The area is safe but you will need to drive or hire a ride to grab a bite if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant. There is a little market down the street. The hotel could do well if they decided to have their own little market that sold snacks, champagne, beers, etc...

I loved the sea view from our room. It was stunning and peaceful. The balcony was spacious for the opportunity to sit and sip a beverage while looking at the beautiful outdoors. We loved the complimentary breakfasts for 2 nights of stay, and a complimentary margarita drink each. The infinity pool that faded into the landscape of the cliff, was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. We loved that we could walk around the hotel and down to the beach. We could take small hikes and view the wildlife.

It would have been cozier in our room if we had more layers of blanket. Also, if someone is rolling their luggage or a cart outside on the tiles, it can be a little loud for those trying to sleep.

Las Rocas is down the way from the proper town area of Rosarito. It is quiet and beautiful. The rocks crash on the beach below the cliffs and the views from the room and pool are beautiful. There is a bus you can take for $1 to the town very easily and you can catch it right outside the hotel. I didnt have a car and found it easy to use. The breakfast in the morning is great, go before 9am for more timely service as they get busy before they are about to close.

The wifi outside of the main building was a little slow

The place was so well kept and maintained cleaned and beautiful. My husband and I went to celebrate an anniversary. And we could not have picked a better resort. To relax and enjoy our self's. Staff was friendly. And very helpful. Our most favorite part was the spa. We had the best hot rocks and deep tissue massage. MARTHA AND SILVIA. Muchas gracias. Ustedes tienen manos de dios. I hope we get to go back soon. And book more time and massages with you both. Thank you for the housekeeping. For keeping our room nice and clean every day. Jr suite. Room 3 n room 303. Is a must for the view and location of the resort. Close to everything we needed. Pinche Jimmy tax service is the one to call . Loved them. Veronica and Jimmy both. Where very nice and accommodating to our needs.

In the end, the resort started to get a little more busy with guest. Staff just seemed a bit on edge and in a rush when attending us. Maybe they were a little short staff. And where trying to attend to all guest needs. None the less,The food was great. Recommend the mole. And ceviche. Amazing. Don't have much to say that I didn't like. Everyone and everything. Was great !

Wonderful view, food was always very good. We returned because we were happy with our first visit!! Reception guy was most delightful!

One of the waiters was way to serious - on his cell phone. Others, exp breakfast staff were very attentive. Also, the toilet in our first room was loose at the base so we asked for another room, and we were switched to another room. The knobs on the closets in both rooms were missing one?

The resort was comfortable and the staff made you feel very welcomed. The amenities were excellent. I was able to relax at my ocean front Junior Suite for the two days I was there. This place has rustic Mexican vibes with Spanish Hacienda feel. The food was good. The infinity pool was amazing. The Tiki Bar or Palapa Bar Service was amazing and the fire pits at night really helped. 72 degree weather during the Summer ☀️. I really enjoyed it there. It's not perfect but has a back yard home vibes with the Pacific Ocean in the background. I'm definitely going back.

The hotel was right in a buzzing area, and it had a restaurant and bar that stayed open until 1 am on the weeknights. The food was decently priced, and with the pool and beach right there, and the price of the rooms, you could not ask for more.

It was great, it was a little older, so if you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not for you. However, my friends and I had an amazing time, and the wifi was awesome! I had to do my work there.

Beautiful room and the pools were very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The only thing I did not like was the fire log you can buy for $8 from the front desk for the fireplace in your room, it smells very chemical like and the room became super smokey, we had to put our log out asap, I also noticed another room out their log outside. So maybe bring your own wood.

Everything! the pools, the grounds, the bar and fire pits…everything needed for a sensational and relaxing getaway! Also, Marta at the front desk is AMAZING!!! please keep her there! She is such a ray of light and so incredibly helpful! I had an accident during my stay and she went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and doing well. She’s truly a treasure!

Nothing! I’ve been coming here for years and love everything about Las Rocas property! The only suggestion I have is maybe bringing the restaurant’s food standard up a bit to match some of the 4 and 5 star restaurants now in and around Rosarito. But the food now is still good - especially breakfast! Get the chiliquiles! Also, some of the security and staff were rude and made personal comments of a not nice nature about my accident to me. Very unprofessional, however, Marta more than made up for that!
