I absolutely love the hotel's amenities, location, and decor. Everything feels modern and updated, creating a fantastic atmosphere.

The TV in the bedroom wasn't working, but I was advised to wiggle the cord to make some adjustments. I appreciated that I was also offered another room if the TV issue persisted. While I did notice that people of color at the pool received unpleasant looks, and others often avoided it, I had a great overall experience. The staff was excellent and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely stay again!

The room was spacious and clean, dark at night with the blackout curtains, and logically laid out. Check in and out were quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great and easy to get to off of the expressway. Parking was easy and free.

At this price point, I expected much more comfortable beds. The beds felt more like a sleeper sofa than an actual mattress. The beds were too hard, and the pillows were too soft (not supportive). I also wish there was information about breakfast posted prominently in the room. There is an awesome (and free) omlette bar, but I didn't know about it until after I'd already eaten the powdered eggs, overcooked sausage and rubbery pancakes. Again, at this price point, I expected MUCH more.

Most of the staff were kind and helpful. Happy hour was fun and free. The pool was open, the gym was a decent size and building was beautiful.

My only complaint is that house keeping knocked on my door three times. Once at 10am , again at 10:30 something and at 11:00. All three times I answered the door and explained that check out was at noon. Very frustrating and a complete invasion of privacy. Two of those times she knocked while opening the door and I was in my robe.

Excellent breakfast! Property well-kept and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking close to the building.

Need earlier shuttle to airport! We had a 7:00a flight and first shuttle trip was 6:00a, so had to arrange other transportation to the airport. Room was dark ... dark wallpaper, dark wood and weak lighting made it a bit gloomy and difficult to read. Kitchenette had no plates, sliverware, glasses, napkins or anything else to use in preparing and consuming food. Room had no paper, pens or anything to write on or with.

My original suite had a frayed couch and table that had scratches, water marks and the stained finish was worn off. I let the front desk know I wanted a different room as this one doesn't meet the expectations of a suite at an Embassy Hotel. Also some people in front of me and then next in line received a gift bag and I didn't. I figured it was probably for some type of membership, but I was surprised they didn't explain whatever perks members have.

They were super busy with state baseball teams all week there. You can imagine 14 teams of thirteen year olds as well as a Legionnaires convention.. Our Booking.com reservation had not came through. Even through all of this insanity, Four customer service employees as well as management figured it out.

All staff members that I interact with from the check - in, to the bar, at the restaurant, acted very friendly and helpful.

I stayed a couple of nights. Find strange that there were no bottles of water at the room. I have stayed at other Embassy at the States, and chips and water has been offered as complementary. Also, my room was not cleaned, that was strange.

Excellent breakfast, staff was very friendly and helpful, shuttle service to the airport free of charge and very useful: lift was set to exactly fit our itinerary

Stayed for 4 days with a family of 5 in 1 room. As windows cannot be opened and room service was cancelled due to shortage of staff and hardly any racks to hang up towels, they did not dry and room was moist and humid

Everything was perfect! The rooms was clean and comfort you have drinks free every night breakfast Included with different options to choice. I will come back!! Recommend 100%

The entire place was beautiful from the outside patio facilities, lobby, breakfast, staff to the rooms.

None of the USB ports in my room worked. Maintenance was able to get one working but was afraid to unplug my charger in case in didn’t work again.
