Required a central location and this hotel had exactly that!

Some of the staff could have been friendlier, I like to see hotel staff in particular, reception staff, in a uniform, not a pair of jeans and an old shirt looking like they’ve fallen out of bed! Please be professional.

The location, extremely helpful staff, the facilities, the food - all excellent.

We could only book an interior room, which had no external window, no air conditioning and was gloomy. Unfortunately we couldn't upgrade as the hotel was fully booked. I would return, but make sure of a brighter room with balcony!

Room was very clean, it’s not ultra modern but that added to the Spanish feeling and ambience. The room comfortable and perfect for couples. Breakfast was a bit disappointing if it was raining you couldn’t get a table as the locals came in out the rain for coffee. There was no priority for hotel guests we waited over 40 minutes for a table. Also chef shouldn’t serve up burnt bacon. The portions very small on the cooked breakfast too. It was edible but could be improved for sure.

Wi fi a bit temperamental

Always stay here and visit Fuengirola regularly. Location is excellent for train, shops, restaurants. Small plunge pool is an added bonus! Lots of English channels on tv too! Food is available until 11.30pm and very good and well priced. Love sitting on the terrace to watch the world go by!

Beds quite hard. Bathrooms looking a bit tired and in need of refreshment.

location perfect, room good size, didn't take breakfast ,but ate most nights on the terrace from hotels restaurant menu, which we found to be delightful, the choice and quality and price was amazing, also a big shout out to the waiting staff ,especially the two young men ,sorry didn'tget their names, who seved us most times. Also thank you for the complimentary last night drink. Will be back.

the bedroom had only two plugs, both of which were situated at floor level, not good for anyone of any age but particually bad for older people, they also were no where near the tea/coffee making facility,so kettle had to be taken across the room !!!!!

This is a very nice hotel in a brilliant location. It's central for the town, a straight road down to the seafront and only a couple of blocks from the bus and train stations. The room was a good size and had a king sized bed, which was comfortable, as were the pillows. The walk-in shower was also a good size and powerful shower. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, with a good sense of humour. The outside terrace is a very pleasant seating area, although much too hot for our liking during the June/July heatwave, even in the evening. The food was good and at reasonable prices. Very good bar next door (Bambola). We would definitely stay here again.

Only one negative thing is the locking mechanism on the doors. Like many other hotels, they pull/slam shut so at certain times of the day/night or first thing in the morning it can be quite noisy. Otherwise, the sound proofing was good.

Room 401 was a great size, much larger than expected, and the large bathroom was gorgeous, the room has 2 south facing balconies, and although they are not very big, they both overlook the pool/square and are private. Also, the sun loungers were a great addition. There's a Wifi access point in the room so broadband speeds and signal were excellent. Overall we loved the whole experience and would definitely stay here again.

Saloon style doors on the bathroom were out of line, broken hinge. Banging when closing which became annoying after a while. Coffee machine is old and needs replacing, leaks everywhere if not careful. Room is missing a box of tissues and good quality toilet paper.

So handy for everything really quite at night although was in centre of town

Went down for coffee first morning ignored by waitress while she chatted for about 5 mins with a Spanish couple. Kept looking over but made no attempt to serve me eventually another girl appeared and took my order. Did not go back after that put me off. Had paid for a taxi through booking.com which did not arrive. I lost my phone on the airplane so did not get this returned until homeward journey however no call from driver to see where we were . Not happy as had to pay €44 to get to hotel on top of what had already paid.

This property is fabulous . Its location to shops, great restaurants, bars and the beach is just great, you are literally minutes walk away. The staff are so lovely, helpful and very smiley 😁. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The pool is very cute and well looked after. The food in the Hotel is also very good. We would recommend 100% and go back next time. Tiny tiny tiny thing is there no parking at the Hotel but they have an arrangement with a car park just around the corner which works very well.

We have stayed there previously and and the hotel ideal on several fronts, including the location being excellent.

We had to stay in one of the more expensive suites to enable us to have a balcony, due to the rooms only having French doors. I'm not sure how this could be improved upon, give the design and location of hotel but it does have a lack of rooms with balconies and will prevent more people from living in what is otherwise an excellent hotel.
