I recently stayed at this mountain hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The value for money is outstanding – it’s rare to find such quality at such reasonable prices. The location is a major highlight, being just a 5-minute walk from the ski slopes, which made it incredibly convenient for daily skiing adventures. The breakfast was another standout feature – fresh, varied, and of exceptional quality, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. It provided the perfect start to an active day in the mountains. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay close to the slopes, paired with excellent service and amenities.

The room was ok, we got an upgrade and that was nice so, great job regarding the staff. Even if some things can be improved (furniture, may be cleaner), we had the correct expectations, considering the price. Breakfast did not have so many options also was ok. The pool is small but nice for kids, especially when it's cold outside. So, as a general note, have correct expectations - if you expect 4 stars like in Dubai, you'll be disappointed

Again, furniture can get an upgrade. The pool is nice but it has some issues - some tiles missing, few sunbeds, can be cleaner.

Location room views

Hire Romanians. Staff was indians they were nice and professional but when traveling to the heart of carpathians we expect to be greeted by Romanians speaking Romanian. We will come back and pay for locations that offer us this minimal standard of traditional hospitality.

The restaurant described as elegant with chandeliers is a bit of a joke, same as the bar ( closing at 9/9.0😭)which looked like a Mensa The outside terrace looked totally neglected with dirty ashtrays and scattered brown garden furniture Breakfast personal inattentive & grumpy

Convenient location for a skiing. Well heated rooms. An enjoyable food in restaurant provided by caring staff was a good addition.

The parking slots are occupied by the hotel staff, leaving no option but to park at prohibited places or hundreds metered away, paying an extra fees. The swimming pool area requires cosmetic renovation. Since our family could not join us in full scope as it was initially planned, the hotel management demonstrated inflexibility in refunding the coasts despite the fact that a due notice was given.

The door to the room, for some reason, didn't want to close at random times, and it would sound a dim allarm. It stayed open while we were gone w the noise the entire time at some point. It was prolly our fault tho...

The location is great

It needs a little love to be a great place; a lot of the furniture is damages and poorly maintained (expecialy the bathroom)

Very spacious place, the rooms are facing the mountain and the vibe as astonishing! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Me and my mom enjoyed being there

I am very satisfied with the customer service, facilities especially sauna and swimming pool. My family and I visited from UK for relax and pleasure and all was beautiful! We will definitely come back!

Plenty of parking space. Big rooms that can accomodate a family.

The pool it requires some renovations as its on tbe dangerous side as some pieces of faiance is missing and I was hurt because of making the entry back impossible.
