In the centre of town. Restaurant downstairs.

A loud bang when people close their doors- the door lock itself and it is impossible to close the door without making the noise.

A small and very good value hotel. It was clean and well located for our needs. The balcony view of the town square was an unexpected plus

The hotel does not try to sell itself as anything other than a simple base for a god night’s sleep. It s basic but actually what we needed

Location is excellent. Right in the middle of Villanueva. Easy to park in the area. I had a sunny room with a balcony and a view of the Plaza Espana, with trees and a fountain. The price of the room matched the quality that I expected. The bar at night is lively but closes early, at 10pm. I enjoyed having my morning coffee ( cafe con leche en vaso ) which was strong and very well prepared. The staff are nice and welcoming.

The location was very good with a nice Christmas market across the street. Room #204 had two balconies and a beautiful sunset. The flower shop, Danka, was beside the hotel and really lovely.

Our room got smoky every evening... Strong cigarette smell. The service in the breakfast room could have been friendlier. Especially around Christmas, a nice greeting would have made us feel welcome.

Good clean hotel in an area with nice restaurants and shopping facilities.

Car parking problem

Very kind and attentive in reception. Hot shower. Cheap for a quick stop over, good enough (especially for the price).

The window was open to an indoor patio and smelled like tabaco. Hard pillow. Noisy hallways.
