This was probably the best stay at a hotel I’ve had in a decade. From the Point person checking in to the following day was absolutely incredible. We had some unfortunate circumstances with family, where my wife and daughter got diverted back to Dallas on their way home to San Diego because of the fog bei g to thick to land. So they ended up staying with me, which was unplanned. I was staying in town to buy a van for work and adopt a puppy and then drive home back to San Diego. We had some interesting things happen with the airlines, and my wife had to do a late check out, which extended till 2 PM. But Paris the front desk clerk was absolutely amazing and super accommodating for my wife and daughter during this difficult time I was able to purchase the van, adopt the dog, and race back to the hotel to pick them up. We ended up driving back home to San Diego as a family in our new van, which was not planned to do . I have to give a shout out to your amazing staff, exclusively, Paris, who is so accommodating and kind with my family. It meant the world to us and we’re forever grateful during holiday season and the difficult night and day that we were dealing with from theairlines.

Absolutely nothing.

The location was in a nice spot and the taco truck was conveniently located in the parking lot over and stayed open until 2am. It was great! Only 15 minutes with traffic to downtown Dallas

There was a particular staff member that was honestly really strange acting. The staff the assisted us with the check in and everything was amazing. She was so helpful and kind but the Caucasian lady was super strange and acted so weird when me and my friends purchased things from the store they have. But overall that’s it.

From reception to check out, the room, the common areas, all was quite ok. Although I would consider that the relation price vs services is a bit above what I was somehow expecting. Nevertheless the conditions are quite good overall.

The breakfast was the only thing I did not properly enjoyed, once again for the price paid, I would expect some more options besides the very basic ones.

Staff were very nice,property was clean and nice looking.

Not in the greatest location, no restaurants nearby. Homeless were near under a bridge, I didn’t want to venture out in the evening. Also, on second day, it appeared that housekeeping started cleaning the room, but stopped halfway. They took dirty towels,didn’t leave any clean ones and didn’t make bed.

The hotel in general was very nice and clean. They had great breakfast options as well.

When we got there, one of the two beds was not made and the sheets were in a pile in the middle of the bed. I called front desk and she was very polite and offered another room but my dad was too tired for the hassle of switching rooms so we just stayed.

The hotel is very clean and cute! The manager and staff are exceptionally nice and friendly. I give it an A (90% = 9/10). I do not give it a perfect score only because they do not have an airport shuttle between Dallas Love and the hotel. Even the shuttle to and from DFW only runs between 8 am to 4:30 pm. Being 2 miles away from Dallas Love and not having a shuttle led me to $18 x 2 = $36 in Uber expenses back and forth, plus $8 tips, so $44 in addition to the $130 I paid makes it still acceptable at $174 a night, but I could have found a hotel with a free shuttle and a restaurant for just under $200 a night. There is no restaurant, there was a small convenience store. So, arriving at 9 pm or 10 pm and catching an early flight next day, there you are - with no food choices. Car rentals are not worth it if you stay overnight to catch an early flight... The room was very clean, and so is the carpet everywhere. I did not have breakfast because I came late at night at DAL and had a morning flight and needed to clean up and pack. Barely had 7 hours to sleep. Overall, a good value for the money and the staff made up for the minuses....

Absence of the shuttle between Dallas Love and this hotel. Since it has DAL in the title, it is expected to service this airport, and not DFW. I would not mind paying $5 per trip for a shuttle.... Also, as I said, there is no restaurant. The guests are not quiet ( they chat at night and in the morning near doors and elevators). But the walls are not too thin. The noise comes mainly from the corridors and not from outside...

Everything was excellent and I was a satisfied customer.Customer Service was a plus for me the fro t desk clerk had A-1 communication with us when I called be of me and my husband getting lost he ensured us that he will document it. The care and concern from him made us more comfortable I’m definitely giving y’all a thumbs up and I will share this place to my family and friends looking forward on visiting again and Thank you for the please hospitality 😊

I had no dislikes. Everything we needed to know was explain on check in so we could understand while on our stay.

The breakfast was great. There were so many choices. We couldn’t believe they actually had real bacon (not that thin precooked bacon) most have to offer. The breakfast was good and the dining room was spotless clean!

The outside of the building doesn’t reflect the inside. Maybe it needs some plants and grass. The inside looks new and smells clean.

The hotel is clean and in a location that is easy to get to. It seemed pretty safe also. The staff was friendly and quickly checked me in.

The proximity to the highway and maybe not thick enough windows. I could still hear the highway. If you’re a heavy sleeper and used to city traffic, this will not be bothersome. I live in a village and not used to this kind of noise at night. I was already awake for 24hrs (flying in from Europe makes one long day), and despite being exhausted, I could only sleep ~3hrs. I woke up around 2am and could not go back to sleep due to hearing traffic from highway.

The Manager, Ms. Shelia greeted us every morning. She was very attentive! If we were missing anything they were quick to resolve the issue. The breakfast was great! There was something on display for everyone! Oh, the mattress was from heaven! I didn't want to leave my bed to attend my conference.
