Excellent breakfast and great coffee. Everything was plentiful and continuously replenished. The size of the room with extra bed was quite satisfactory. A great advantage is the private parking in the underground garage of the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff.

At night there was noise from the nearby gas station and expressway traffic. We had to keep the window open because there was no air conditioning in the room and it was very warm. There was no working exhaust in the shared bathroom with the toilet.

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable, close to Galeazzi Hospital and Rho Fiera. The breakfast has several options both sweet and salty. The bathroom is spacious and the bed and pillow were extremely comfortable.

One of the reasons why I selected this hotel was the possibility to have dinner at the hotel. However, the restaurant is closed on weekends. Unfortunately, there are no restaurant nearby and I had to order a pizza and eat it in the small room's desk. A shuttle to the Fiera and hospital would be a huge plus. The room's cost are very variable throughout the week and the same room can cost from ~70 euros up to more than 300 euros.

At first it was impossible to find the hotel as Waze does not take you to the property entrance as if it was not adjacent to any road. After much asking I was shown to the hotel entrance. The look of the reception did not bode well as it has an awkward layout and is rundown, however once in the elevator, the corridors, the room and bathroom were surprisingly good, the bed was good so was the TV channels offering. The immediate spot of the hotel is not great but its overall location is OK.

The fact that the hotel is in an industrial neighborhood where signage has to be made relevant amidst a plethora of other signs should have spontaneously required the hotel make it signage relevant, visible. But not the franchise doesn’t think important the clientele easily reaches the hotel at night or under the rain. In this Phi gets an F.

Very good location just 30min from city centre. staff friendly and rooms clean and bright. our trip was pleasant for family members and I asked hotel staff a little touch to put a note in the room with a Happy Birthday massage, It was a nice surprise when they done more than I expected, they put a small box of chocolates. it was very nice, hotel staff done extra mile for us.

I would not consider it as a 4 but 5 star Hotel. Very clean and big rooms, the service is the one for 5 star hotels, and the Breakfast was excellent, fresh and dried fruits, vegetables and much more..... Grazie a tutti i personali.

To enhance the management of garage access, we could implement a key system similar to the one used for room entry, which would provide a more streamlined experience for our clients.

Nothing to complain

Wonderful and friendly lady at the reception. The room has everything you need. Very comfortable slippers and beds. Also a large bathroom. Underground parking adds its advantages. Also delicious breakfast. Fully recommend

The hotel is new, nicely decorated, neat, clean... Even though there was no need, the maid cleaned every day, made the beds, changed towels, chemicals... The staff was extremely kind. The location is near the highway, so it is ideal for a rest if you are passing through. And if you still intend to see Milan, you have well-connected bus and metro lines, so that wasn't a problem either. Breakfast is delicious and varied. All recommendations!

a little far from main eateries and not much to do in the immediate surroundings of the hotel. all amenities in the hotel are closed (terrace bar/solarium) still due to covid-unsure why when everything else is open
