Huge apartment, affordable, nice views. Well equipped. Good facilities Quiet

1) Bad location. Having a car is a must - I didn´t and suffered to commute to Genting. The place is in an area under construction. There is no availability of public transport or even online taxis. Very hard (but possible sometimes) to get a taxi. Plus it is expensive. So you need a car. 2) The check in process is very strange. You check in 1.5 km away from the property, at another property. Not convenient or user friendly.

It was well managed by the staff and very cooperative .

For checkin one has to make a stop at an office where the keys are provided . It would be better if they could arrange for a drop after having picked the keys

Its clean and theres a window in the bathroom area so its well ventilated and not smelly. I think though the location name makes it weird since in google maps its apparently just “midhills genting”, not 7 stones, so we took some time to find the place. But the video they sent to get there rlly helps & the admin is rlly responsive and helped us really well, which was great. Overall would come back again to stay. Oh but I dont think the heater is working at all, since no hot water comes out in the three days two nights we stayed there

The apartment & facilities are good & really comfort.

1. The security staff are not helpfull to guide the visitor regarding how from basement access into lobby tower. They are so rude. 2. The parking lot are creppy an so quite also to far from the tower lobby 3. The location of apartment are fsr from main centre shops lot, better check in before 7 pm 4. Please consider the check out time. Timing given before 11 am must check out are not relevant. 5. Operation hour for swimming are to late, start only 9 am then we are rushing to prepare for check out

The cleanliness and facilities were pretty much maintained. Microwave, electronic kettle, a pot with lid, induction cooker, utensils etc. were provided not forgetting a hairdryer and an iron with the iron board. Everything met our expectations, especially with the insane price deal of RM50+/night. However, be reminded that you need to prepare RM200 in cash during check-in at the other Residence building (The staff was friendly and helpful). Of course, you will get the cash back after check-out (BEFORE 12PM), or else additional charges will be applied. Make sure to bring proper swimming attire or you won't be allowed to enter the pool (by swimming attire, JERSEYS ARE NOT ONE or you will need to get in shirtless) and you're not allowed to enter during rain. The guards were friendly and attentive so don't bother to ask them around if you're lost or smthg to find your exact tower/unit. Overall it was a decent book.

If you book for a 5-person room, you might get x2 double queen beds and x1 sofa bed (which is quite uncomfortable to sleep on) though they'll prepare 1 extra mattress in the closet for you but it's coverless so you'll need to bring an extra cover for your own comfort.

The cost is valuable. Near to Awana Skyway stations.,10minuts distance. With 300 plus for 2 nights, the two room actually can suit for 8 peoples. Full kitchen set, can cook and micowave. The view is construction,but the mountain view is cooling. 4 minutes to the main road and is on the way to check in Geo38,quite convenient. Hotel bed is for 6 person, but got extra 2 bed and a lot of backup pillows.

Nafthelene ball too much, can put in cupboard, but maybe not in sleeping room and toilet, is open area,noot good for health. The smell too strong.

The unit was spacious for a family of 7 with ample sleeping room and very clean. All appliances were working and well thought out. The view (minus the construction site in front) was breathtaking to say the least, esp. when it rained. The location was also good, just 2 km from the cable car station.

Can't get any channels on the television set, maybe since it's not smart TV and it's advertised as only terrestrial TV, which is now fully digital. So no in-room entertainment unless you bring your own hdmi cable and laptop. The construction noise right opposite is also a nuisance, working every day even Sunday, till 10 pm.

I did like the customer service from the booking process until checkout. Upon confirming my booking, the CS provides very complete details and what to expect during our journey to checking later. There is no breakfast option offered, nevertheless we are satisfied with the kitchenware provided. We can sleep peacefully with the Quiet policies and enjoy the scenery in the morning. 1 special carpark for each unit booked and should there be extra vehicles, there is an option to park at the visitor's open parking. With the price offered, I recommend this hotel to be in your list if you wanna stay with a big family.

Based on my experience recently, the check-in process during the night quite took time because there was only 1 receptionist on duty at that moment. The road to head to the hotel is not so good due to construction but we are already aware that we have been informed by the CS earlier. The sink at the kitchen and bathroom seem clogged because it took time for the water to fully dispense.

Great location for hybernating since it is far from town

The parking for the unit is very far which is on another tower. Luckily they allow us to park outside near to our tower.
