there's dedicated parking for hotel guest at level 2, 3 and 4. free entry. each level has about 20-25 parking space. room was clean and spacious. a 7-11 is available within hotel building.

only level 2 lift lobby was neat. level 3 lift lobby was full with their mineral water boxes, lighting was poor too. so it gets dark. parking spaces not fully lighted. would felt safer for solo travellers if its well lit. breakfast choice was limited. nasi lemak is only basic nasi lemak without any dish. perhaps the hotel could provide better breakfast based on how many guest opt for breakfast.

My parents love this hotel because of the spacious room for them to put their belongings, to move around and perform solat. Check in easy and fast. Bedroom, bathroom and towels provided are clean. TV, mini fridge, the lights and electrical outlets near the bed for easy mobile phone's charging all work just fine. We can see the nice view of KLCC and KL Tower from our room! The hotel crews at the dining hall are friendly and very helpful ❤️ There is a 24hrs convenient shop inside the hotel. Restaurants nearby - the hotel cafe (serves Indian cuisine only and the Mee goreng mamak I bought for my old parents is too spicy) and an Old town White Coffee. Should request a room near the lift for my old parents. Lots of free parking outside the hotel. From the hotel I can reach Plaza Tol Gombak in less than 15 minutes during the holiday. The safety is quite secured because the lifts move up if only you have the room card - but we can also go up through the emergency stairs.

We missed the little road to the hotel from Jalan Lingkaran Tengah 2 and drove 10km to find back that tiny road which goes down to Jalan Seri Utara. Garbage smell from the former garbage dump surrounding area. Centralise aircond too cold at night. A soap and a tiny bottle of body wash are not enough for us for washing up. The hotel regularly taking China tourist in large groups;make sure to go early for breakfast or you'll find yourself in a dense dining hall and nothing to eat.

Overall very good exerience: - The room was spacious, modern & quiet, and it was exactly like the pictures. - Cleaned every day without asking. - The wifi connection was very good (this is vital for me since I work online). - It is true that the area is very far away from the city center, but this is not a problem for me. It is a quet area with places to eat around (Lotus mall and some local eateries). - Big beautiful swimming pool.

- The main multi-function machine in the gym was broken and they don't seem to care at all, since it stayed like this for the entire week I stayed. If this minor issue was solved I would give 10/10. - The room key card would demagnetize and have problems, and I had to ask in the reception to re-activate it again and again (which they did right away). I don't know if this is the hotel's fault, since I put my room card next to the cell phone in my pocket and maybe this is the reason why it stops working... However, I would still recommend this place with no doubt!

I wonder if there was housekeeping service provided. This is because the room was not cleaned and nor refill for the shampoo and shower gel. 2. Iron was provided outside the room butno iron board. the ironing was done on a table with thin cloth/ fabric. I dont mind to iron my clothes outside the room but perhaps proper facilities provided for example iron board and place to hang the ironed clothes.

The 3 receptionist staff were very good, polite, and deliver good customer service The room was big, clean, and we got a beautiful view of KL😎😎 The toilet door is a sliding door mirror, quite rare There's a swimming pool too, very comfortable to swim The TV channels provided were awesome, we are able to watch The Equalizer 3 and Transformers 1 in channels Cinemax and AXN😭😭 There's tea, coffee, sugar, 2 water bottles, a small refrigerator, lots of hangers 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Air conditioner is cold enough 😎👍 Lots of plugs for you to charge

Very well located hotel for visiting Batu Caves - 5 minute drive away. Helpful staff who found items for us that had been left after checkout. There is an Indian restaurant downstairs with good food at a reasonable price for a hotel. Attractive infinity pool. Good view from hotel room, you can even see the Petronas Towers in the distance.

Not much not to like. Room standard was good and clean.

Good a la carte menu. Delicious. 711 in campus helped for snacking items. Spa and restaurants in vicinity.

Breakfast buffet spread could have been better. Hygienic habits not followed by the staff. Dropped spoons kept back on table. Coffee ordered by us kept in wrong table for more than 10 mins and then given to us. It could have been sipped, etc in that 10 mins, apart from getting cold.

Nice big and clean rooms with nice views. Good for family travel. Nice pool and a small gym. Housekeeping crews were great and give their all-out despite hiccups by front desk.

bad communication between front desk and housekeeping. Came back to hotel at 10pm after a tiring outing and sight-seeing but extra bed that was requested was not send to the room. Waited until almost midnight to get room cleaned and tidied. More worth to get a room than asked for an extra bed.
