The hotel's location was fantastic. It was very close to the station which made our logistics a bit better. Breakfast was also included with coffee and juices. Welcome drinks were also provided upon check in. The rooms/bathrooms were spacious compared to all other hotels we stayed at during trip to Japan.

I booked via Booking.com and I mentioned ages of my kids including 2 adults. Booking.com suggested we get 2 rooms which i would assume would fit all 5 guests including 3 children however, upon check it, the bed which was meant to cater for 2 adults and 1 child was way too small. Therefore I had to book another single room which added to the cost of staying at this hotel for 2 nights.

Very practical hotel with little touches such as fresh flowers in the rooms. The rooms were clean and well organized. This was very close to the train station and very convenient to get to. The restaurants just up the street were AMAZING actually my favorite place we ate the whole time was here.

Tiny tiny rooms- we had booked one for four of us but luckily got a second room for another adult to stay in so it was not too tight but I would not reccomend the double room for more than 2 people- even small people aka our children we had with us.

Great location, close walking distance to the train station and bus platforms. Staff were friendly and helpful to forward our luggage to our next hotel. Breakfast was amazing, variety of japanese and western food. Highly recommend staying here if you are travelling to Mishima!

Everything was great!

Close to the station. I was able to book the room last minute because i missed the last bus. Staff spoke decent english to explain everything to me. Free water and fruit juice, offered breakfast options. Nearby lots of restaurants and a girls bar.

Room is very freaking small. I hate how the sink was not in the bathroom but next to the bed and table.

Quiet smaller hotel, close to Mishima station, easy walk. They had new carpet in the hallway on the floor I was on, which was nice. I was relieved that some of the bad reviews I read were not true, for me anyways.

They changed the breakfast buffet to a sandwich box with yogurt cups and fruit drink boxes which was okay for me. Good for a light meal.

I really liked the walk shower instead of the usual shower over the bath that I find is usual in Japanese hotels. Loved the breakfast box, simple, tasty, enough to get us on our way. Coffee or a cold drink in the foyer very welcoming. Situated only a short walk from station. Four pillows and a cushion were good for watching tv from the bed.

Spacious room, polite staff, cleanliness.

We had to leave very early in the morning to catch the bus for the Mount Fuji 5th station, I asked if it was possible to have something for breakfast to take away (we paid for it) but I was told no.

Great location

Although kettle provided, no coffee/tea. Personal care items were only available on request at the reception - quite inconvenient. The safe was locked on arrival and after reported not opened.

Liked it a lot staff was very helpful and kind. The room was everything it needed to be as I was just staying there overnight to leave early for Fuji from Mishima station

Room was small

Location is great right next to train station. Room is clean and comfortable. Wifi is good. Great welcome drinks service. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Older hotel could use some renovations in the future.

The breakfast included was average. Nice range of options but the bacon and eggs were cold and watery.
