The showers are tremendous! Quiet room with plenty of space.
No outlets near the bed at all for plugging in devices. Also, only one 3-prong outlet across the room. Nearly all computers use the 3-prong plug. The rooms need to be updated. Not ideal at all for computer users. Even the outlet at the desk was only a 2-prong outlet. Staff was moderately friendly. They don't greet people as they come off the elevator like they do at Lakeshore Metropolis Hotel. Many of them are just sitting and going through their phones. Very unprofessional in that regard.

Entrance staff were very welcoming every time you walked in. Very quiet hotel. Would stay again if i was in the area
Maybe extend breakfast to 10am for those late wakers

- Staffs were nice (very helpful and friendly when we needed a taxi and during check-in & out - Facility was beautiful and comfortable (although some furnitures were a bit old but not too bad) - Breakfast was pretty good
- The room was kinda dark, too less lights

Good breakfast, cleaning place
Do not have enough parking space, we have been asked to look for parking space by yourself. The room air conditioner and wifi do not work well

The male service staff at the counter had a bad attitude and gave me the room if it wasn't tidied up.
