The girls that work there are absolutely amazing! Their levels of Professionalism, the manner in which they spoke to us and they way they went above and beyond to extend the duration of time I was there (even only giving that days notice before i asked if i could extend as I was uncertain how long I would be able to afford staying in a hotel), they never once made me feel like I was being a pain. I really do want to extend my absolute gratitude and thanks to all the girls - my life was on a pretty rocky road which led me to needing somewhere to lay my head and feel safe while I did and to be treated with so much respect and compassion truly made the really crap parts of what I was going through seem a little less brutal. So Thankyou Lovely Ladies for everything

Not a single thing

The bed was very comfortable, the room had space enough for belongings and bags, also had enough power points for our devices, WiFi was good, Location was good, short drive into town, and to Middleton Beach, the motels restaurant served great food with reasonable prices, we didn't have breakfast there although it is an option. Parking was in front of your room and plenty room in carpark, Room servicing was prompt and efficient and we were well stocked for toiletries.

The units could do with a bit of soundproofing from units on either side of you, But it doesn't stop us from coming again

The updated room was very clean, spotless, the layout was also great for families travelling with multiple luggage. I found it very satisfying if when we can park our car just in front of our room. The wi-fi was super fast and stable. The hotel itself is not that far, nor near from city centre. Its less than a 3 minutes drive.

Would be great if there are more charging outlets near the 3rd bed in the corner. Value for money is not ideal as I booked this during peak season (Anzac day).

Great professional friendly staff at reception. Liked that I was placed in the back units, so quiet. Enjoyed partaking of eggs for breakfast in the Dining. Ease of being picked up by relatives & accessing the CBD & anywhere in Albany.

Only that the blockout curtains had not been left closed over O/A so the room was hot from the afternoon sun. I drew them after then when leaving in the mornings. Wish that I’d checked out the ‘room in’ menu, which I would’ve liked to have used if I’d realised how good it is! Only on the last night, I was hungry for a main Meal. A bit of explanation at the desk would’ve been good as I stayed when the restaurant was Not open until Wednesday night, when I’d headed back to Perth.

The location is easy to find, hotel was really clean with very friendly and accomodating staffs, foods are great as well ... if you are a big eater for breakfast ... I recommend to add it on your booking ... you will have a happy tummy in the morning to start up your day with less expenses.

The inside door should have a safety lock ... it only has a one side door knob ... if it's possible to add an additional safety lock inside will be great for the guests ... will feel much safer to sleep at night

bedding very comfy. good sized table for eating our room service. walls a little thin as could hear neighbours. nice garden in front of rooms. we got an older room so decor a bit warn & dated but perfectly clean & serviceable for the price. I believe the others closer to reception have been renovated.

1st night room service dinner took 45 mins before we rang to check what happened. it was delicious when it arrived & 2nd night. Room service is the only option Monday & Tuesday nights as restaurant not open. We had a long drive to Albany & huge 2nd day so felt obligated to choose room service. it would've been nice to dine in the restaurant instead. Dishes also not collected.

We had a fantastic stay! The modern rooms were not only stylish but also very clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the convenience of parking right in front of our room. The hotel’s location was ideal, with everything easily accessible. A great experience overall – we highly recommend it!

The only small downside was that the beds had wheels and moved quite easily.

The people were very friendly and professional. The room was neat and the bed was comfortable. Walls nice and thick so neighbour noise minimal. Plenty of parking Just a 3 minute drive into the centre of Albany town.

Would've been nice to have bottled water and a toaster in the room plus a couple of bowls, knives and forks - just so we could have a simple brekkie each morning without having to order or go out, (although the restaurant brekkie was huge and yummy).

The break fast was good, how ever the option was little. It would be great if there were more options. The location was good close to everything, the value was great.

The rooms and bathroom can use a little more touch. Replace the shower curtains with screen would be upgrade. A microwave and water dispenser would be a great addition.
