What an amazing place to stay, better than a hotel. The rooom was very modern, tastefully decorated modern and clean. Location was great, few minutes walking from city centre. We were always able to find parking in the same street (paying 1.3 eur per hour / working hours only). Cleaning provided every day. Amazing breakfast, with so much variety (cheese, pastries, fruits, etc). Massimo the owner was there every day for breakfast and gave us a lot of great recommendations, he spoke great english and also spanish and french.

The owner Massimo's kindness made our trip very special! Aside from the delicious breakfast and clean room, talking to Massimo in the morning made our stay in Puglia so much better. He helped us find the best restaurants, told us about the area, beaches and cultural sights, with his encyclopedic knowledge of the region. He helped us get a fantastic boat tour off the south coast of Santa Maria de Leuca, but most of all, he helped me find a photographer who captured my proposal to my girlfriend! I can't thank him enough! I've done a lot of traveling--this is the kind of place I love to stay. Will definitely be back.

Location was perfect, the room and bathroom were big, well appointed and super clean. Massimo was great to communicate with and he spoke excellent English. He made suggestions for restaurants and beaches and engaged with us during breakfast which we enjoyed. His breakfast spread was good and sufficient for the morning and fresh squeezed oranges for us every morning. We loved the place and highly recommend for a stay in Lecce.

Nothing, everything was great

A lovely spacious room at the doorstep of Lecce. On street parking readily available in front of the property which had large parking bays that could easily accommodate large cars. The host, Massimo, could not have been more attentive and caring - he is thoroughly deserving of the many plaudits that appear in customer feedback.

There was a noise in the bedroom that seemed to originate from the property below. Also, I would recommend a room over a suite as the air conditioning unit is in the living area of the suite rather than the bedroom making it less effective in cooling the bedroom. Small points in an otherwise perfect property.

While the room was slightly smaller than it looked in photos, it was clean, comfortable, and met our needs very well. Everything we wanted to see in the city was in easy walking distance and our host gave us terrific recommendations for day trips and places to eat. Breakfast was lovely - fresh pressed juice and coffee along with local pastries, fabulous italian cheese and salami and a variety of fresh fruits. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking.

We had a little trouble with the key to parking area but we simply sent a WhatsApp message to the host and it was resolved in minutes!

Everything about the location, the property, and most importantly, Massimo, our wonderful host. Massimo came to pick us from the bus station, he gave us plenty of recommendations for food and places to go. He even brought us to an olive farm to buy some real good quality olive oils. Every morning, he would prepare a wonderful breakfast and we would have great conversations together. All in all, Massimo rates as the best host in the history of my travels. Bravo Massimo. We will miss your generous hospitality.

NOTHING!!!

Massimo set a high bar as our host. He generously picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, service well beyond our expectations. He gave us an overview of the City and highlighted things to see and do, and recommended restaurants (providing phone numbers and calling for reservations on our behalf). Our room was exceptionally clean and got natural night. The water temperature and pressure in the shower was excellent and the shower enclosure was very effective at keeping water from getting outside of it. He served still-warm pasticciotti fresh from the bakery, and a fresh ricotta special to Sundays to go along with a variety of other breakfast offerings. And the location, within a few blocks of a the old city and a big garden was ideal.

The bed was a little firmer than I like.

Everything! So comfortable , Massimo was very helpful. Everything spotlessly clean. So close to the old city center, we even walked all the way to the train station effortless, an around 20 min very pleasant stroll , even in August heat. Very close to Taranta suites we found this great restaurant “ L’Rome” even though it’s not typical Puglian food ( it’s Roman style) . It was DELICIOUS! The best carbonara ever! Thank you, Massimo for a wonderful stay!

Nothing at all

The room looks very similar to what you would expect from an hotel. It is large, very clean, recent and well equiped. You even have a desk that would make it perfectly suitable as a place to work. It is well located at 5 minutes from Lecce historical center. We found a parking at approx. 5mn from here but it may not have been the closest one. Host is nice and attentive. Breakfast is served by him every morning in a dedicated room with good local products and in particular the famous local pastries called "pasticciotti".

The breakfasts were exceptional. The host shopped each morning at local bakery and market to bring fresh baked goods and fruit along with meats and cheeses and freshly squeezed orange juice. The location was also very good - about a short 10 minute walk to the Old Town. The suite was brand new, large and very comfortable.

We didn't know we needed to advise of our precise arrival time and it caused our host to have to wait for us to arrive from train/raxi. Perhaps guests should be advised in advance to connect with the suite/host via WhatsAp the day prior to arrival to confirm arrival time and arrangements to get the key.
