Such a nice small hotel! Each room is located in semi-detached houses which makes the place really calm a cozy! Slippers, beach towels, bottled water and even bathrobes provided. Rooms are spacy enough to spend short periods of relax between swimming and walking, beds are very comfortable to sleep. The cleaness is on the high level and all the stuff are friendly and supportive. The location is also fantastic - 10 min walk to the beach and not far away from the different kinds of restaurants. A pool is also exist and looks ok, but we didn't test it. Breakfasts are provided for the extra payment. On my mind the hotel is really costs its money to stay! It's not a 5-stars hotel with lots of facilities like several different pools, gyms, huge territory and entertainments but if you don't need all of these stuff that place satisfyies you well.

Can't leave any negative feedback! The idea to place a toilet bowl just behind a shower is a little strange because you're always forcing to go through the wet zone. But it's easily sustainable to accept :)

Excellent location, Naiharn beach is within a 5 min walk. There is a Main Street with lots of restaurants, shops etc. A restaurant is attached to Naiharn Beach Resort which serves basic food. Clean and tidy room with outside area, fresh towels and bed made daily. Staff are friendly. They have Mopeds to hire from them at 200 baht per day, which we used everyday of our stay. So necessary to get around and see places and beaches off the beaten track.

No dislikes for us. If you’re looking for something upmarket, this place may not be for you as it is quite basic, But perfect if you’re out exploring all day

Great location very close to Naiharn beach - 10 mins walking or less than 2 minutes on a scooter. 7/11 and other shops very close by as well as numerous restaurants. Very friendly staff that were happy and approachable. Well stocked bar attached to the resort with excellent cocktails and a restaurant with an extensive menu catering for all tastes. Pool is a good size with loungers and a shaded seating area. We had a really great stay and would visit again.

The staff is amazing, Joliza took all the time that was needed to answer all my questions and help me in a way that I wasn’t even expecting. The rooms are beautiful, clean and modern. You feel like a king/queen here. And house keeping only comes when you hang up the sign. Very comfortable feeling that you don’t have to waive them of every day. Location also very close to everything you need.

The road sometimes with crazy people on bikes. So I use earplugs like always and that fixed the problem 🙏

This is one of the best value for money hotels I have stayed at in the world. Excellent value for money. Staff are very friendly and professional, the food options at the hotel are acceptable if you don't won't to make the effort to eat at one of the local restaurants. The internet is a 10/10n connection (I stayed for three weeks and never had a problem with the internet). The swimming pool is great if you don't want to go to the beach like me. And on the doorstep of the hotel is a lake you can walk or exercise around throughout the day.

The only change or addition I would make in the future would be to include the option of a proper double mattress on the beds for a single or couple travelling rather than two single mattress put together. Having a crack in the middle is uncomfortable when you sleep. Not a terrible inconvenience but its one thing I would change to the beds.

compact , small complex , well run . Lakeside bar serves the best Thai food and we have eaten in a lot of places through out Thailand and Phuket.

Rooms and public areas are very clean, but no one checks other things are working or at an acceptable standard . Room 5 TV not working , shower head working at 20per cent needs a good clean or replacement . Water leaking from bathroom ceiling

The staff were friendly and helpful. Very quiet and a restful nights sleep. Well priced rooms and big beds.

The walk to the beach is quite dangerous as the sidewalk beside the lake is roped off and inaccessible making it quite difficult with all of the traffic. This is not the fault of the hotel but definitely a consideration when staying there to access the beach. The bathrooms are nice but get a bit smelly.

The property has two restaurants attached. While at the restaurant you can see the Nai Harn lake and public park. Nai Harn beach is just 5 minutes away. There are incredible number of restaurants in and around. The bonus was the view from the windmill station, which was another 15 minute walk.

The restaurant didn't have what was on the menu for breakfast. That was a let down. Not the property's fault, but we have a massive power breakdown for nearly 10 hours. So the AC went off and had a disturbed slee.

Great food and drink and friendly staff there. 3)1,000m to The Naiharn Hotel by the Naiharn beach. Apart from The Haiharn hotel bedroom, you pretty much have access to all its luxury facilities without paying for the hotel price which is about 5 times more expensive 4)The Naiharn beach resort manager is an English speaking Thai lady called Aew (pronounced like English word "you"), who is extremely helpful and efficient. Absolutely an asset for the lucky owner Chris, who is a lovely and down-to-earth Aussie. 5) The bar 13 is full of interesting souls

bathroom in some rooms can be better ventilated. However, staff often can find a solution, one way or another.

Cleaning staff were great, water provided daily and room cleaned to a fantastic standard. Reception staff were friendly and always happy to help with any questions. Laundry services was very reasonably priced, always returned neatly folded, smelled great and usually on the same day, if not by the following morning. Located next to the lake and a small shop for conveniences such as additional water. 10 Minute walk from one of the best beaches on the Island.

Only down side is that the road where the hotel is located is used as a through road by large trucks and motorbikes which can make sudden loud noise during the night. This is no reflection on the staff or the facility but something to be mindful of as it did affect sleep a little.
