Location , 3 stops by train to inner city of Bozen

I'm not sure why others didn't like the hotel. We found the hotel quite nice. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Although the place looked run-down from the outside, it was cozy inside. Breakfast was okay. I didn't have the time to write a review, but the only reason I'm writing now is that I believe this hotel deserves a better rating than its current one.

If my partner hadn't been there, I would have driven away just by looking at the outside. It doesn't look inviting. The restaurant wasn't functional when we were there, but luckily, there was a nice place in front of the hotel. Other than that, everything is a bit far away. However, there's a train station that can take you to the town.

Great location over night. Good breakfast. Good restourant across the street. Free parking.

The hotel is in a quiet location though close enough to the town center of Bozen. The room had a nice view, was quite large en comfortable. Good breakfast.

There is no restaurant for dinners. Later in the evening the outside door is locked and there is no reception. One has to open the door with the key card which doesn't work very smoothly.

We loved staying here! Great, quiet location, just outside Bolzano with beautiful views, wonderful rooms, the BEST coffee and breakfast and fabulous service. It was an easy drive into Bolzano to take the cable car up the mountain for amazing views. Worst breakfast ever, everything empty and breads were really old, and hard. There were only one nice lady and running everywhere and making coffee or tee. Why not putting coffee or tea as self service? Much easier, right? But honestly, really bad breakfast.

For me the location was perfect because it is situated just off the Trento to Merano cycle route and the cycle route to the centre of Bolzano. Secure storage for my bicycle. The breakfast was very good. Although the hotel restaurant was closed there is a restaurant offering traditional German style food a one minute walk across the road.

NOTE: July 2022- The restaurant in the hotel is closed. Booking.com / the hotel need to update the hotel facilities description. the staff leave the hotel at approx 2100 / 2130. When I came back from the restaurant with another hotel guest our cards would not open the door. We called the contact number but it just rang the reception's phone. Luckily another guest arrived and his card opened the door.

All staff members were kind, caring, professional, and polite. The room was simple, but very clean. The balcony was nice, the view was beautiful, and it was a comfortable place to lounge. The breakfasts were lovely - European style. The dining area was clean and cute, too. The garden was lovely and well- maintained.

There were no fans or air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely warm (June) at night due to high outside temperatures and no breeze.

Beautiful view and hotel,Very comfortable, excellent breakfast, very good location, value for money undoubtedly when all other hotels in the area cost 120 euros and more Premstaller costs 85 euros per night!!!!

Very nice location but put of Bolzano, transportation via bus good but not frequent

The lady that's runs it is great. The rooms are large, comfortable, and spotless. Real wood decor.
