Thalia at the front desk was wonderful. She greeted us every time we passed, she knew our room number and even arranged a massage for us. Her recommendations were also very helpful for places to dine which we enjoyed. I would highly recommend including breakfast with your stay as it was excellent. Every option you could want at a very reasonable price. We used the saunas and appreciated being able to book it so we had the area all to ourselves.

If we had to find something to find fault with, it would be a lack of English channels or the ability to use streaming apps on the TV. The showers are also quite narrow but neither are deal breakers.

The hotel is located close to the old town. It takes a 15-min walk to reach the mosque for example. Staff were great and attentive. Room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Buffet breakfast included some local specialties and also typical continental dishes like scrambled eggs. Even vegan or vegetarian can find something to eat. Sauna and gym were small but a really nice extra.

It’s not their fault but the street in front of our room had some bars so it can be noisy at night until midnight or so. Curtains could block better the sun but overall these were small things compared to the good ones.

The hotel is centrally located, about 10 min by foot away from the Mezquite Cathedral de Cordoba. There are small restaurants nearby and exploring the city from this hotel is easily done on foot. Our rooms were clean, quiet, and well-appointed with amenities. The bathroom was fantastic with a towel warmer that doubled as a heater. My parents stayed in a fancier room than I did, and their bathroom was even more spacious and included a bidet. The upgraded room also included bathrobes and slippers, which the "normal" room did not offer.

I love sleeping with open windows, unfortunately, the cars going by our room were too loud to allow keeping the windows open. Finding parking was a bit of an adventure, but we managed to find a parking garage nearby (driving to it, took us about 25 min, but walking from the garage to the hotel was only about 10 min. Unloading and loading the car can be done in the small street in front of the hotel, but when we arrived, police told us we were not allowed to stop the car in the side street (as I did not know I could enter the street directly in front of the hotel, which looks like a private street, accessible only from one side, and blocked off on the other side).

Exceptionally clean and a very spacious bed.Room slightly more bijou than I was expecting.Staff all wonderful,especially the guys doing reception and breakfast which was wonderfully presented.

It's difficult picking the right hotel even with the help of Booking.com and Tripadvisor.We like a terrace in the sunset and a bath,which we had in January in Madeira with an upgrade!!!!!There was nothing to fault with Azahar and it was a great trip.Cordoba is a great town and the birdlife on the river was entertaining with egrets,ibis,night herons etc.

Nice furniture and decor. Old building turned into very nice and comfy hotel. Our room was spacious and with two windows. You can borrow umbrellas from the reception. Breakfast was very good with variety of food to choose from.

Very small gym. It is problem of all Eurostars hotels. They have zero idea what to do with gyms. The shower was very small however the bathroom was big enough to accommodate bigger shower. Sauna is available when you request

Great place to stay in the middle of Cordoba. There is nothing to complain about and we would return there anytime. Almost anything to be visited in Cordoba is within the walking distance and the restaurant suggestions from the hotel staff were great!

The fact that the hotel does not have parking is a bit of a nuisance, but it wasn't such a big deal after all. The car can be parked nearby for 15 min for loading/unloading and for the rest, public parking is good enough.

Central location in Cordoba near Plaza Tendillas and near the Roman Temple. Very clean and efficient.

No parking facilities. Public car parks are 5-10 minutes walk away. In theory there is road access right up to the hotel, but the route through the one-way system is tortuous, so it’s best to walk from a public car park. Hotel entrance via 3 steps with no access ramp for suitcases or wheelchairs (not a problem in our case).

The breakfast was great with a lot of choice, good food, friendly and attentive staff. Shortly, what we expect from Eurostars Hotels.

There was no room service available on Sunday and Monday night. After a long trip on a rainy night it would have been luxurious to eat at the hotel (room service) instead of having to go out into the rain and into a strange city on a Sunday night. Thankfully we found a nice restaurant close by.

Friendly staff, good sized room, everything in walking distance and yummy breakfast! Overall, good value for money

We found some leftover remnants from the previous people in the pull out couch (e.g. half eaten biscuits). They were stuck in a spot that understandably would be easy to be miss by the cleaner, but it still wasn't very pleasant to find

The location of this hotel is a 10/10! I really liked the fact that everything was a short walk away. The main square is a 5 min walk, the mosque cathedral was a 10 min walk. So many great dining options nearby. Now about the room, everything was AMAZING. Hot water running great, bed was super comfortable, and room was overall VERY CLEAN.
