The surroundings! The hotel couldn’t be better placed and above all, the whole personal is the jewel of the hotel! If you are looking for a cozy place to stay and best placed, go there! It may not be the most comfortable bed but it is definitely worth a stay! The breakfast and price are a must!

Very nice setting and close to the town centre and beach. Brand new and recently renovated. Friendly staff.

The room was a bit noisy as in I could hear the water pipes from the next rooms over. I had asked for a double bed and it was two single beds with a double sheet. A mattress topper would be better. And I felt checkin was late and check out a bit early for a hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. The owner & his staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed me to park my bicycle in a secure area. The 'breakfast box' was substantial...easily enough for two. The hotel is perfectly placed to enjoy the town or Haarlem (a v.short train ride away) Bed decent, shower excellent.

A former mattress would have been good.

Clean room, nice stuff, good internet connection. Also there was 2 groceries nearby the hotel, train station also wasn’t so far away. Late check-in even after 9 pm.

If you are planning to stay in the hotel at cold autumn-winter seasons, than you should take really warm socks, because the floor was really cold, there is no disposable slippers or heating floor/ radiator. In the shower you can see small glass partition and low doorstep, so be careful when you take a shower, because water can leak out. There is no fridge/microwave and safe.

- Great location. Only 2 minutes from parking garage. The supermarket and the main shopping area are also like 1,5-2 minutes away. The beach is about 5 minute walk. - The hotel is small but they have used each square meter wisely. We didn't feel like we're missing something. - Very friendly employees and very welcoming. - The breakfast is a small package made after order and you pay it separately, but it is more than enough (do not let the size fool you.) - The beds and the shower were very big and spacious. A big plus for me was the Rituals brand used in the bathroom. It is an expensive quality brand. So I was happy and surprised to see they invest in that.

I would only like to suggest, a window alternative. The rooms are small, so when someone showers, the humidity stays & gathers inside the room. Opening the door was not an option, since the rooms across you, can look 100% in your room (it is like a U-shape unit where each one faces each other & there are no blinders, only curtains). The bathroom window also not because then the side rooms can look inside. I like privacy, and not beingseeing naked. But I do not take it as such a negative feature. Other than that, everything was perfect for a very fair price.

Location is perfect. Close to the beach and parking garage. Staff is super friendly assisting us bringing heavy suitcases to the first floor. Bed is comfortable. Balcony is pretty big.

View from the balcony is towards the street and the beach is not visible ;-) As noted in all reviews bathroom is not very big and you have to squeeze yourself under the wash bowl when you want to sit on the toilet.

Looks beautiful form outside . And room was good set up . Clean Nice simple design . Very good location close to sea at train station .

The only I could point at receptionists could offer help with my bags to take upstairs . And stairs a bit uncomfortable. But all other things was great . Location, cleanliness was perfect , bed comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Also very helpful in tips for food places and also for taxi we needed to the airport. Very accommodating with us arriving early and allowed us to keep our luggage, whilst we ventured off. Would stay again!

Only downside, on our 1st night (we stayed for 2) there were some other noisy residents. 1am, 2am, 3am onwards. Coming in and out of their room, banging doors and talking loudly. But this wasn't the hotels fault. This can happen anywhere. The 2nd night we got a much better sleep

Rituals products in bathroom, nice piece, good location, left you to it. Good strong WiFi. Easy going staff. Helpful and happy to accommodate.

My shower head leaked. The low ceiling. The very steep stairs to the first floor but this is normal for The Netherlands.
