Soundproofing is missing entirely so you can hear your neighbors doing all their business in the toilet; no need for wake up calls when you have the morning flush at 5 AM; this soundproofing is the main issue here; Also rooms can be repaired, the ceiling is falling apart in the one we were given. Breakfast could be better, you can always find old products, leftover from the previous days. Sea view is not actually a sea view, more like partial side view, with a tiny 1 sq meter balcony

Exceptionally clean, and room cleaned everyday, irrespective of time we left the room. Breakfast was excellent choice, and a barista. Large, spacious, dedicated floor for breakfast dining. Reception staff very helpful. Location was exactly where we love in Rimini, and literally, the other side of the road to the beach Shower in largeish bathroom was amazing Pool was clean and never too busy, and plenty of sun loungers

Room and balcony were a little small, but we managed as a couple for nine nights.

Breakfast was good most days, some staff were fantastic, others were alright. View was good.

First time getting in the bed I felt something like sand at my toes at the bottom of the sheets. Checked it out and it wasn’t sand, but something small and sandy like. I left it figuring the sheets would be changed so I didn’t have to make a big deal about it. Our room was cleaned 1 time in the entirety of our stay. When it was clean the sheets were not changed, the bed was just made. And our full garbages were left full. Other than this the hotel was amazing.

Great hotel on amazing location. Everything is near by. On the private beach, public beach is also just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Main street with restaurants and markets is just few steps away. 15 minutes walk to the Rimini center. 😊 Breakfast was amazing, great offer. The rooms are clean and comfy, with a sea view. Our room was cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and polite.

The rooms were beautiful. Bathroom was spacious. Everything was clean. We had a balcony with nice view. Near the beach. Staff was kind and spoke English very well. Breakfast was fine.

There was nothing particularly bad. However, there were just tiny things which could be nice, like we had just plastic glasses in the room, or furniture in the balcony was very simple one.

Excellent location on the beach front, nice staff, although smaller than expected, the room was comfortable, there was however an offer from staff of a larger room, once settled we found the hotel was within very easy reach of shops and restaurants all in all a very pleasant 1 night winter stopover en route to destination

the location was beachside. It had a spacious parking lot! And unlike staying "in town" in other Italian towns, this had lots of room to pull up, checkin, and park the car...all within steps of the front door of the hotel. It was somewhat off season, so there weren't any restauraunts in the area open except for Thomas' which was associated with the hotel across the street. It was very very good!

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a fantastic view on the beach. The breakfast at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly, and they were always attentive and friendly.
