The location was amazing, the room was comfortable and the restaurant downstairs is absolutely sensational. It’s good value for money and the amenities are generally well maintained. Breakfast is solid, and the restaurant staff were amongst the nicest people I met.

There were some ants in the bathroom owing to humidity and water ingress, but was not a major issue. The biggest problem of this hotel is their reception employees - as they’re rather rude and short tempered.

Excellent, central location. Parking available for your car. Walk to everywhere in town. Great restaurants around as well as in the hotel. Very nice room. Very large, felt palatial! Very helpful staff. Good facilities. Well kept room. The wifi was not good at all. Kept disconnecting every few minutes. Very poor reception for wifi. The carpet was a bit dated and old and could be replaced, but they provide slippers, so not big a deal. Breakfast was not buffet style, which was a bit of a disappointment. The waters a d staff were all helpful.

Great location across from the Central Park. We had room #104 which has one of only a couple of balconies. For us we had a great view of the park, the clock tower and the comings and goings on the Main Street. The breakfast buffet had many savory and sweet choices and there is a machine for self-service specialty coffees. The jellies and the jams were like homemade. They had an assortment of fruit. The hotel is a historic building and the rooms retain the historic motif. The only upgrade our room might need were the curtains seemed rather tired and it was difficult to close them to make the room dark for sleeping. Parking is in the back of the hotel and is free unlike most other parking in Sighisoara.

Large room with lots of space , a comfortable bed. The staff is helpful and friendly. Abundant breakfast . The location is perfect just below the citadel and right where the restaurants are.

Minor details, the shower is a small microphone type shower, and in a tub ( perfect for those who prefer to run a bath though but not my preferred set up…) few and awkwardly placed power outlets . I know those are minor things but just to mention

Very nice room with balcony. Across the road from the entrance to the old town which was very convenient. Safe to walk round. Car parking for free round the back. Very nice outdoor terrace where we had 2 evening meals which were of very good standard. Friendly waitress. Very nice breakfast with plenty of choice.

Not a criticism but the outdoor restaurant was very good but also not very busy. Better advertising on the outside of the hotel might help.

A lovely hotel, oozing with old-world elegance. The room was spacious with high ceilings and elegant decor. The breakfast was good, parking was convenient and free, and the location was excellent. I would return.

The staff was cold and distant, as expected in Eastern Europe. Although Romania produces a number of very good wines, the hotel bar only had one wine available by the glass, and it wasn't particularly good.

The hotel was old-world style, exceptionally restored, while also giving current-day comforts. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I reserved 5 rooms, as I traveled with extended family, and 2 family members lost things at the hotel. I called to see if they found them and once person's items were found and mailed back to them. The other person's items were not found, but we were not certain this is where they got lost. Still, the manager had the housekeeping staff look for them, and asked if they were found somewhere else. Great manager!

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was great. I asked about other restaurant recommendations and sightseeing, and was given detailed information by the manager.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and ensured that we could park in the courtyard, even though there was an ongoing reception that had blocked the entrance when we arrived. Room was very comfortable with a great view, and the hotel is very centrally located, allowing us to hike to most of Sighișoara’s historic sites.

The location of the hotel is great! The staff were friendly and accommodating of our needs. The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious. The free parking was very useful knowing that the properties in the center of Sighisoara rarely offer parking spaces.

The lack of toilet paper in our bathroom when we checked in was a little bit annoying, also the heating was blasting when we first entered the room, it must have been 35 degrees celsius in there. Anyway, these issues were solved in matter of minutes but we had a nice stay overall.

Location was perfect. There is free parking with plenty of space for your cars at the back in the inside courtyard. It has a Profi (grocery store) within a few meters of the hotel. There are plenty of other restaurants around the hotel and it is opposite a small park, great for small children to play in while you stay. You walk up the hill to the citadel, fairly steep on cobble stone roads, it takes about 5 minutes to walk up from the hotel to the top. The room was big and spacious, it has air conditioning, which was very beneficial on the warm days, and needed as the room can be stuffy at night. They have a mini fridge, modern bathroom which is spacious with strong water pressure and hot water. They have a buffet breakfast with varied options of eggs, (boiled, fried, scrambled, omelet) cold meets, bacon, vegetables, fruits and a tea and coffee machine.

We stayed in an attic room, there are wooden beams you need to be wary of, as you could easily hit your head if you're not paying attention.
