Definitely catching up with him during my next stay—his vibe is consistently kind and on point. The next morning, I wasn’t feeling my best and couldn’t make it to the breakfast buffet. I requested IRD for some help—and they went above and beyond. They didn’t just drop food off; they put together a thoughtful, comforting breakfast that hit every note right. It felt like being taken care of by someone who actually gets it. 🥹 Shoutout to Sweta—during my last stay, she made sure every little detail was spot on. 🌼 This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was a reset. All the hotel staff — without exception — are incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional. They truly make you feel like royalty from the moment you arrive. • ✅ Cleanliness: The rooms are cleaned three times a day, always spotless. • 🍽️ Room service & food: Delicious, varied, and delivered quickly to the room. • 🛎️ Service: From the general manager to the receptionists, everyone provides outstanding and genuine hospitality. Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and world-class service. I will definitely return.

The property is very close to lot of places, the dining and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast buffet was good and kids enjoyed the special treatment they received from the chefs. House keeping team addressed our issues in time. Apart from the issues, house keeping manager was very generous and gifted us with some goodies and last longing memory for our kid. We really loved the special treatment. Appreciate their efforts to keep us happy.

We expected some basic things to be taken care. Traveling with 2 kids we didn't wanted any issues in our room but unfortunately we faced multiple issues during our stay like bath towels were not replaced, bath tub hand shower was broken, in room dining service was not up to our expectations. We understand team is busy since it is New year but we expect better services.

We stayed 5 days in Trident and totally enjoyed it. The Breakfast was really good , they had good option of Authentic South Indian food which was excellent . The in-room dining option also was really good . The staff were very pleasant and excellent service . Housekeeping was excellent and rooms were cleaned on time , corridors were always clean . We like to stay in Trident again in future.

Everything is excellent about Trident. One small hiccup related to location was that most of the local restaurants are on the opposite side of the road and there is no option to cross the road closeby. The walkover bridge is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The staff behaviour . My luggage was misplaced by the airline and i to reuse the same t shirt for the stay , since I was in assumption that airlines would send it to my hotel anytime .. i couldn’t use my outdoor clothing inside the hotel room .. I observed people faces when I was repeating the same T shirt .. secondly , biryani was over spicy that didn’t match my taste buds .. may be chef needs to explore more options for mild flavours since people come from different states

Over 40 years, across 6 continents, I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels. Many fantastic places. Some exceptional. But our stay at Trident Hyderabad was next level. From the first moment at reception met / hosted by Mr. Harsh with a welcome drink, to one of our last moments with Mr. Mohit who showered gifts upon us, our stay was out of this world. We stayed in a club executive room overlooking the park, having access to executive lounge. Everything in the hotel, food, drinks, leisure, room, service was indeed outstanding. Our first stay in a Trident hotel. For sure now it is only the beginning of many more Trident stays in future for us. We loved every minute of our stay in Trident Hyderabad. Congratulations and well done to the whole Trident team. You were perfect.

Very friendly staff, reliable transfer service from the airport. Rooms are very very spacious and sparkling clean. The bed was super comfortable and also the real black out blinds are great. Very nice pool and well equipped gym. The breakfast was nice too with various Indian and continental options.

The hotel is next to a very busy road. Try to get a room on the park side or bring ear plugs. Despite the good noise insulation, the traffic is still very audible inside.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Our large family group had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. The building itself was immaculate, reflecting the high standards maintained throughout. A special shout-out to the front desk staff including Prachi who ensured we had a hassle free check-in, whose warm welcome and exceptional service made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes, everyone in our group regardless of age had something special to pick from elaborate buffet spread. Additionally, the restaurant staff including Sherpa went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Trident, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and the excellent facilities available. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and maintained to the highest standards, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The highlight of my visit, however, was the exceptional hospitality provided by Kundan. He went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my stay was perfect, attending to all my needs with a warm and welcoming demeanor. His professionalism and dedication truly made a difference and left a lasting impression. Overall, Trident exceeded my expectations in every way. We got free room upgrade to executive suite, gave us goodies and free cake . Reception staff - Kundan and Swetha were good. Didn't get welcome drink but that's ok. My daughter enjoyed her last visit here so we came again. Room is clean and spacious. Nesspreso was also available. Bathroom is neat. Food is good and we asked them to pack for breakfast of few as we maybe hungry which they helped us and free too. I couldn't able to go for Spa but it is very good.
