The staff was helpful and friendly. They gave me good recommendations for going to the airport. At the check in there was a lot of people and they helped us all quite quickly and were very accomodating to everyone's needs.

The area felt a little insecure (a guest came in running because he thought he was about to get mugged), it is better not to walk around at night. The lighting in the room could be better, the wifi is almost useless and the walls and door are very thin, you can hear everything.

Good location to explore & good value. It was quiet +++ something that is hit and miss in this huge city.

I like the hotel facilities and that it was so clean and confortable.

The parking service is good. There are a couple of options to get an snack at night. You got a pair of towels and some shampoo to take a shower if you need. The breaksfast is not included for the price however they have their restauran and the portions are good for the price.

The location is not really good. There´s a market surrounding the area and the traffic jams to come in and out are really heavy. It takes long to reach the location during the day because of the market and no matter if you ride with personal car or taxi app. The hot water at the shower was not enogh.

The bathrooms need to isolate the shower, after taking a shower it all becomes wet and messy

There was cable TV, a clean shower that included soap/shampoo, and a small restaurant with decent food in the main lobby. You had to be buzzed in, so I felt secure in the facilities.

Our bed had a stained pillow and hairs/nail clippings from the previous guest. The wifi was slow.

The pictures of the room are completely different as the room that we got. Something that was a little weird was that you had to leave the keys at reception every time you wanted to go out, that didn’t make me feel secure.

The Hotel rooms are very clean, they very old and outdated but you can tell they clean the bedsheets and floors everyday. It was the part I liked the most was the effort they place on clean rooms and the front personnel are very kind.

The location is extremely unsafe after dark, during the morning is ok to walk fast to downtown but by no means do not be stupid and walk back once its dark, the are is full of thieves, and criminals walking the streets and hiding in alleys.
