The location was very nice. The breakfast was very good. The kids loved the heated pool which is the reason that we stay there.

The only thing that I didn't like was when eating my breakfast early in the morning, there was people there packing out plates of foods to take out. Don't know it they work there or not but its not right for us as customers to see this kind of things. We paid to have breakfast there and not watch people take out foods. Don't know if the staffs are aware of it. Taking foods back to there room is one thing but taking foods out the front door and getting in a car and leave is another.

I was a little reluctant about staying at this property. The manager was able to accommodate me per my request for my room. When I arrived, the representative was pleasant and made sure I felt comfortable. The breakfast was ok. I wish they offered more meat options other than pork sausage. The indoor pool was open and warm. The room was decent. For the price, it was good. I wouldn't mind staying here again, especially during the weekdays. The weekends are more active and have more guests that could possibly be more disruptive than the weekdays if you need more peace and quiet. Overall, for the price, 8/10. I would only recommend that the rooms be cleaned more efficiently. Nothing major, just like the blinds, behind doors, and desktops/ counters inside the room. This place has a lot of potential to one of the best locations to visit.

Thank you for accepting my request when I booked. I felt the hallway is getting old, but my room is clean, bathroom is nice and wide, everything is enough and comfortable. Hangerhook on the wall is very useful. Gym and pool is available. I enjoyed free hot coffee and tea in the lobby. Breakfast was very good and organized well. It was very crowded and hard to find a table, but I could enjoy food. I'd like to come back again.

My kids looked forward to having waffle at breakfast, but the waffle maker looks over-used and coating almost gone, so waffle didn't come out smoothly and they couldn't meke it well.

i liked the location, close to where i needed to be and lots of things around it. And parking was ample. Beds were comfortable and tv had enough channels to keep you entertained

breakfast could use a little more variety. Also room was missing a hair dryer. Since complimentary housekeeping is by request for short stays, Had requested room to be freshened up the next morning (at least bed made) and it was not. It would be good if walls had more noise blocking, room next door had kids running and jumping till late at night I could hear almost every room door closing. Conmplimentary water bottles would be great, especially since some ice machines were broken and drinks from paid machines were a bit expensive

Didn’t get to try breakfast which was not much but waffles from what others told breakfast stopped serving at 9am which is too early especially if you traveled like I did and wanted to sleep in the first day.. Also paid an extra $50 deposit that was never returned to my account

My room was so cold and I tried serveral times to turn to lowest setting and did not work. Breakfast ended too early so didn’t get to use. Deposit was not given back all thought room was cleaned and nothing was broken

I stayed just one night for a post op appointment the next morning. The staff went well out of their way to help me with my reservation. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel in an area that was quiet and felt safe. I would stay here again.

Spacious clean room. very jglad to have a wardrobe - visited one that had no closet at all - but could have used more that three hangers! Relieved to have an iron and board on hand to press my clothing before attending workshopj.

More hangers! Surprised by that offering at the free breakfast was an "egg patty". Efficient, I suppose, but not as appealing as the omelets offered at other Hamprton locations. Location of the hotel was a bit remote, and options for restaurants were nonexistent. Drove several miles to get dinner every day.

Nice room settings and environment Breakfast was good with all needed foods to make a good breakfast.

Some items like toothpaste, toothbrush and sponge should be provided should in case the traveller didn't bring some he/she can use. Also lift is getting old and I plead more maintenance be carried out on it.

The stay was wonderful!!! The hotel was super clean housekeeping was cleaning from the time I arrived Friday night until I left Sunday morning. Beds slept beyond amazing and nice size room and bathroom. The coffee and tea station was open 24 hours. The pool looked inviting but did not get a chance to get in.

The hotel was kinda warm outside of your personal room. Elevators were slow.

I love the comforts of the room and the customer service. I did not get the name of the guy who checks us into our room, but he was very kind, courteous and helped with our luggage. Kudos for his kindness. Loved the weighted blankets and pillows. And the cleaning staff were very helpful and thorough with their cleaning.

I missed breakfast. But the bed was so comfortable that I didn’t want to get up. No dislikes to report.
