I love the location and the kids love the ninth floor pool oversea River Guayas. The view from the room was amazing in the mornings. I love you can invite family to the poll for $45 per person. We arrived after midnight and we can order foods for the whole family and big meals like pasta, chicken fingers for kids or churrasco. We went to Quito and Galapagos and cam e back to the same hotel cause its that great. They held our luggage in their storage while we travel to Quito and Galapagos; i never heard of that service before. AMAZING!!!

No apple juice for American kids. The place was so busy a few days we didn't have a place to sit all together but explains the great quality serve at the hotel.

Wyndham Puerto Santa Ana is a very nice hotel in a good safe area. The room was large and modern with most expected amenities.  Minor glitches: instead of an electric kettle for proper tea boiling, it has a tiny single cup drip coffee maker. Not ideal, but we made do.   The view of the river was obstructed by a large construction site. They worked all night on weekdays, but not weekends. The noise and lights were minorly disruptive, but again we managed.  The safe, hot water, bed comfort, and other amenities were perfect. The breakfast was excellent.  I enjoyed it a lot with good variety, some local specialties, and long flexible hours (6.30 till 10.30). The rooftop pool is very nice. The water is warm, and chemical balance was good. It is walkable, safe and very pleasant along the river all the way to Malacon 2000. The front desk let us borrow aerovia cards for a cable card ride to Duran round-trip.  You need the card to buy the fare. Borrowing from the front desk saved us a couple bucks. You need a card for each seperate person. Don't get out into Duran, it's sketchy. But the aerovia ride is perfectly safe with great views across the river. I highly recommend Wyndham Puerto Santa Ana. (If booking, read carefully, as there exist more than 1 Wyndham hotel property in the city.)

We use Wyndham as our transit hotel when connecting to other cities in Ecuador, and every stay has been a great one. The staff are always helpful, kind, and generous. They go out of their way to accommodate requests—during our most recent visit, we needed an early check-in at 10 a.m., and it was arranged without any issue. There was one minor problem during our stay, but it was resolved immediately. Overall, we’ve consistently had a positive experience and truly appreciate the service and hospitality here.

Excelent location - at the margins of the beautiful river, walking distance to touristic site in Puerto Santa Ana, walking distance to cable cars, a little longer but still walkable to malecon of the center, many options of great restaurants and bars nearby, very close to airport. Room was big. Bed was king size and very comfortable. Shower water was very, very warm. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, during lunch time, chef was a very, very friendly lady who gave me the best recommendations (best shrimp soup I had ever had). Pool area at the roof top was superb, WONDERFUL 360o degree view of the city and of the river!

The hotel is located in a very safe area of the city with gorgeous views of the river. The room was very comfortable and the cleaning crew exceptional. Please see note attached, the note and the beautiful arrangement made with towels made me smile for days. Thank you!

I can’t think of anything. Oh yes, the music played by the pool in the morning was not necessary, I would have preferred peace and quiet.

THE BREAKFASTS ARE VERY GOOD, THE ROOM IS VERY COZY WITH A SPECTACULAR VIEW. THE HOTEL HAS A SPECIAL LOCATION WITH VERY GOOD SECURITY. MY FAMILY WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE STAFF, VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING, FROM WHOM WE RECEIVED EXCELLENT ATTENTION. CONGRATULATIONS

I have never experienced such fantastic help Airport transfers were easy I urgently needed a dentist. Staff met me at airport to get my suitcase and took it back to hotel. They also organised a driver to take me to the dentist and he waited for me and dropped me back to hotel ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SERVICE! Breakfast was delicious with ecuadorian selections as well

The location is wonderful and very safe. Lots of security in the entire neighborhood. It’s located next to a bunch of restaurants. The free breakfast buffet was great. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

The pool area was under maintenance so they initially told us we couldn’t use the pool but then said we could. Hopefully once it’s completed it’ll be better.
