The staff and location of the hotel are excellent. The hotel is right across the street from the Malecon. The buffet breakfast was good and had a variety of items to eat and drink. The bed or mattress was very comfortable it was not rock hard like you encounter in many hotels.

The only real negative of the hotel is the rooms don’t seem to be soundproof. I read in prior reviews about being able to hear surrounding noise and it’s true. You can hear if someone is moving furniture in a nearby room. Also, we were in a deluxe room .. floor 100 with balconies and can hear traffic at times.

Nice facility, friendly staff. Appreciated that they let me linger around the hotel in the restaurant and lobby after checkout until my evening flight. Excellent breakfast. Lovely view out my window.

The ride that they arranged for me for my airport arrival was nowhere to be found. According to their communication, he was supposed to be in the arrivals hall with all of the other hotel transportation with my name on a sign. I had to call them to get it sorted. This was disconcerting to say the least at midnight after a long day's travel.

I will start by saying the breakfast was superb. Definitely worth adding to your booking. Right across the street from the main tourist area of Guayaquil. We chose to stay here because we didn't want to take two buses in a row and it was a great choice. Everything is completely modern and functional, and the hotel has a great theme.

No complaints. A bit pricey compared to other Ecuador hotels but the big city location was most likely a factor in that.

Location is perfect, breakfast is good. Rooms are modern and new.

Sound isolation between rooms is very bad. You can hear all conversations and noise.

Fitness center is tiny and has only basic cardio machines and weights (not that I think that most people consider this a big issue).

Staff were very friendly. Comfortable lounge areas. Rooms were comfortable.

We weren't advised about a buffet dinner for New Years Eve. Thankfully the chef accommodated us even though he was minutes away from closing the a la carte service. Extra pillows in the room would have been great.

Perfectly safe situated right across the Malecon Staff was very friendly and helpful, the food (breakfast and dinner) was good, bed comfy. The Hotel organised the transfers to the airport and it went very well. I would stay there again! :-)

It's a very nice hotel, super clean, smelling amazingly good already when you enter to the reception!:) the rooms are nice and cosy, staff very friendly and helpful, really high level!:) and there's a restaurant serving very nice food!:) no vices whatsoever!

Room was pleasant Bed comfy, Attentive service Good food Bathroom modern and hot water available with hair dryer

Elevator failed to work over and over. I needed help to operate it. The floor buttons did not lite or cause the elevator to operate

The location to the malacone is great. The parking is great also, 24 hour guarded. Enough English speakers to help with the stay.

Wish they had refrigerator and microwave in rooms. That would be real nice but are not offered at any room level.
