Large clean room, large clean bed, bathroom had a good walk-in shower, very good breakfast buffet with hot and cold items, reasonably priced bar drinks, 24 hour convenience store on the ground floor that also does a sort of room service. Given breakfast was included, I found the price of the room very reasonable.

It isn't in a dangerous part of town, but there isn't much to do nearby. Expect to take a taxi to eat and drink out. Parking is included, but hard to find. You have to access it at the back of the building and start finding a spot at about the fourth floor. From the fourth floor, you then have to take an elevator to check in at a desk on the 18th floor. It's a nice hotel, just that the check-in process needs to be a little clearer.

The breakfast is good but the variety is not big for a four star Hilton buffet As many noticed the A/C is too loud Some rooms have no view blurred windows The water in the shower jumps from cold to hot The light system in the room is weirdly arranged, you can’t switch on the lights separately, only altogether

No A/C within the hallways and some elevators. Parking lot entrance was blocked with traffic cones instead of some sort of automated gate A/C within the room wasn't configured to provide maximum comfort The mini fridge wasn't cooling enough. Only 1 nightstand in the room is not enough. No bedside lighting available.

Everything is exceptional. The attention in the front desk, especially Lisette. Always with a smile and attentive to your questions. She gives you recommendations so that you know places. Don Jorge at the entrance is always attentive to help you and the rest of the lobby staff are very attentive (on both turns).The rooms are super clean, comfortable. Thanks to Damaris (housekeeping) Very attentive to my needs. Thank you all for the attention you gave us.

Really nice hotel. Modern rooms, large bathroom, included airport transfers and buffet breakfast. The location is perfect, right next to Malecon. Rooftop is the star- with bar, and infinity pool…excellent place to hang out.

This would only affect a small amount of people but there was not much I could eat at breakfast as a vegan. Would be nice if potatoes, avocado, granola, oatmeal, or some other non animal based options were included.

Really great location between the Guayaquil river promenade and the garden on one side and the Panama street restaurants on the other. I liked the rooftop pool and the view from the hotel is absolutely spectacular.

Breakfast buffet could have a little more variety in this price class. Still very good though. The listing said airport transport service was included, however it wasn't.

The location is excellent, we have had breakfast in the past but this time our flight was very early in the morning so they were not serving breakfast yet, breakfast is very good. The room is very large and comfortable with a large bathroom too.

We like everything about this hotel. The only thing lacking we think is a gym, we do like to workout daily and that is not possible at this hotel yet, they say it is a work in progress and plan to add a gym in the future.

The location is excellent, price very reasonable We stayed at the hotel for several weeks. Location is ideal near to everything and great views.

Perhaps someone could check the rooms to verify everything is in place thus there is no need to call for a few things tht are needed. Might be a good idea to offer some kind of reward to people that stay for several days or weeks most of the good hotels do.

Great stay here. Staff could not be nicer. Room was very nice, beds super comfy, shower great. Rooftop bar was excellent. Very recommended by us.

Only two things were a bit of a let down. The pool hours are quite short so we couldn't use it. And the area is a bit too quiet. Not bad if visiting the riverside area, but there are very few restaurants and bars around, especially after 8pm. We struggled to find a place to eat and drink around this hotel.

no gym , or spa , only one bar which was on the roof in the open air which played wrap music at night too loudly
