I loved everythyng about this location. The staff is incredibly nice. Everyone is at your "Beck and Call". The staff does all that is possible to guarantee that your expirience is one of the best. The pool and dining area are very nice spots to hang out during your stay. There's a staff member by the name of Marcos. More than likely he'll open the door for you as you arrive at this location. He will greet you with a smile and take your bags to your room. Extremely helpful if you have questions regarding any needs (such as shopping, dining and taxi) that you may have while visiting Guayaquil.

I really liked the gym it was great to get a nice workout, and the hotel felt like it was in a safe area to walk during the day. Very close to the center and nice decent breakfast in the morning. The area had a tea and coffee station which I loved. And also the pool was nice to swim in.

They just didn't have a generator but luckily now the power cuts situation is not as bad as before so that was really the only issue.

The staff are great! Everything was good and they helped by changing rooms when I showed them the description by Booking.com. They don't charge the VAT for tourists, as it should be. They are an honest hotel! Different from other properties in Guayaquil and Quito, who lie to you saying that it's a commission and blablabla to charge you for the VAT (which only residents are supposed to pay, NOT TOURISTS!). Be careful because Booking.com doesn't help you if the hotel charges you. Booking supports the scammer hotel, but not you as a client!

Decor--old furniture, old decorations Breakfast--warm bread but cold meat. Eggs not hot! Tea water not very hot. Servers need to be consistently trained. (I am retired chef and know what I am talking about.) Pool--difficult to enter/exit as there is no handrail, big step entrance for elderly. Room--no trash can!

The staff were really friendly and helpful, able to store a backpack for us while we visited the Galapagos Islands. Location is great for Guayaquil, walking distance to the Malacon 2000 and La Peñas.

The only downside is that the pool is overlooked so doesn't have sun on it for most of the day.

Breakfast was served in a lovely dining room or outside in the pool area which was pleasant. Breakfast was fruit,coffee or tea,juice,ham,eggs and toast. Staff were very helpful and had a program on the computer to translate if they didn't understand the question. Whole place was spotless. Lots of different types of seating in pool area which had a bar that served food and drinks.

You had to be careful in the area. The hotel had a car service that they would call and the driver would come back for you or wait and it was cheap and safe.

Amazing value for money. Super clean rooms, we got upgraded option cause classic double rooms were finished. Stuff is extremely helpfull with everything. We could leave baggage for few days and fly to Galapagos. Everytime we need something, we were taken care off. Very nice arrange, pool and all spaces. Spacious bathroom with a nice hot shower with a good pressure.

Good location, the swimming pool was a good way to cool down and wind down after exploring the city. Staff were happy to look after our luggage for a week! Staff were friendly and place felt safe. Breakfast was nice too.
