What you see on the booking platform is what you get. So, if what you see is what you are looking for, you may book with great confidence. Their restaurant was very enjoyable. I had dinner and breakfast there. The male staff in the restaurant were exceptional they tried SO hard to please. I don't speak Spanish, which didn't phase them. For one minor query the staff member rush out of the restaurant, and came back with the Receptionist to assist. Thank you. All of the very nice, professional, and caring reception staff, I dealt with, spoke Spanish and English. The clean pool is on the roof with a pleasant view. I used their airport transfer twice. Their driver was precisely on time, (always a good thing when you want to catch a plane,) vehicle and driver were clean, he was very friendly and tried hard to please. A nice man.

Not an issue for everyone, so not much of a negative, I don't like TVs in restaurants, especially if they have the sound on. Pleasingly the volume was low enough to ignore. This is more advice to travellers rather than a negative. A big selling point for this venue is proximity to the Airport, and it is close enough for you to walk with your bags. However the walk is quite complicated, and longer than your research looks, because of the roads, the highway and it's traffic bridges. Their Airport transfer is not expensive and good, I suggest you use it

Room was large and very comfortable. Location is close to the airport. Restaurant was very nice and staff were very friendly and professional. Affordable hotel if you are looking for a place to rest before or after a flight. Need transportation if you want to move around the city.

Actually booked this hotel specifically for the pool on the terrace but unfortunately it was closed for maintenance during our stay. A little disappointing but we still enjoyed our stay.

This is a stylish, modern hotel convenient to both the Guayaquil bus terminal and airport. I loved my short stay there and would gladly return. First of all, the hotel restaurant and its staff are exceptional! Secondly, the value of this hotel is fantastic! My room (Superior Double) was light, spacious, and spotless, with a clean, chic decor that included cool recessed lighting and floor to ceiling windows. The bed was uber-comfy with quality sheets and cover. The Wi-Fi reception was great, and the AC was strong and quiet. The bathroom was equally as modern and clean and had great water pressure, plenty of hot water, and quality towels and bath products. There was a beautiful rooftop pool with bar that I unfortunately did not get to enjoy. The Reception staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. How I wish there were airport hotels of this quality and value in the US! Not even close! Bravo Hotel Puerto Pacifico!

It would be great if they could put in a fitness room. Really nothing to complain about though.

The staff were extremely helpful and reliable. From the moment we landed at the airport we were in good hands. The pickup which was pre-arranged was so smooth. My friend had lost her case and yet the driver was so patient and waited for us. The hotel itself was spotless and very comfortable. The next morning, again went smoothly. We had an early start to the airport and the driver was there waiting for us, even though we were early.

It would have been nice to have a tea making facility in the room or in the lobby

AC in room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel was fully booked due to an event happening near it. I asked to have a late check out or pay for a day stay as I needed a place to hang out while waiting for my evening flight, but since no rooms available they let me use the common areas for this.

Pretty sure Netlfix was mentioned as an available amenity, but it wasn't available. I wasn't able to watch anything other than local TV.

Despite the vicinity to the airport, does not appear advisable to walk there. Neighborhood is in transition, and there was no cafe, store or restaurant to walk to. Although flight information was sent ahead of time, wasn’t picked up.

It’s a nice, clean property. The stag was all very nice and accommodating. The AC in the room worked great. The front desk person spoke English and Spanish. The room was large.

The lock to my door was broken. They have you sign a paper saying you will pay $50 for any linen damaged. I was scared to use anything for fear of what that meant exactly. A stain? A rip? What if mascara got on the pillow case or towel? Or I started my period while sleeping? Does that count? Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was a breeze, staff are very friendly, the room was large and very modern, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was delicious and consisted of eggs, sausage (hot dog style), toast, yogurt, fruits, and some pastries. The rooftop pool was a definite bonus! We had a mini fridge in our room as well as a safe, and the flat-screen tv came with Netflix.

It is less than a 10 minute walk to the airport and has 24hour reception so you can check in late no problem. The provide a packed breakfast if you leave for an early flight. The dinner in the restaurant tasted nice. The pool was nice and clean.

We stayed twice and both times we were only given one towel - when we asked for another the second time we were told they only give one but they did give us a second - it’s just very strange. We ate dinner in the restaurant but nearly left early because of the noise of someone dismantling a stand, someone else popping balloons outside an open door with a dog barking very loud, someone else shining cutlery beside us but dropping it very loudly, someone else loudly setting up the breakfast area with banging plates, and the blending going all the time in the bar. We are not fussy people and really don’t complain but this was too much - we both left with headaches joking it would have been more relaxing with a kids party going on in the room! I’d suggest room service for your dinner!

Rooms were clean and had powerful air conditioning, staff are really friendly. Room service menu is good. I recommend El locro de papa

There was so many signs in the room mentioning extra charges for any and every little thing. It was almost threatening, definitely overkill. It would be better to just sign something upon check-in to say you agree to extra charges for stains etc because all the signs gave the room a very low budget feel. The rooftop bar (the reason I booked this hotel) was closed which was disappointing.
