The whole reception is beautiful. The restaurant offering works marvelously and the fitness center is quite complete. The staff looks for a great stay of their guests, always attentive to any detail

The room decoration doesn't fit the reception area (nothing problematic, but quite a contrast). There was one night in which the restaurant staff was completely off and didn't offer a good service - The hotel staff later tried to compensate for that, which is nice.

Room was very clean, but already a little bit outdated. Nevetheless a nice panoramic view - direction city/airport. Breakfast was fantastiv. Fresh fruits and variety of hot and cold meals.

No USB-chargingspot in room. Hairdryer and showerhead in bathroom are old and not very comfortable to use (shower head fixed to the wall, without).

We feel grateful for the kindness of your staff and we loved very much the breakfast!!

Our only concern was that we couldn’t watch Netflix or enjoyed good movies 🥲 Your TV isn’t smart, but the rest you were absolutely great! Thanks a lot Courtyard 🫶🏻

Breakfast was great, the coffee generally excellent although it varied from pot to pot, the staff bent over bakeward, the food was good, the service was spectacular, the pool was a treat, the exercise room was amazing view of the city.

Crime is so bad in Guayaquil we had to hire security to cross the street, escort us to the ATM, my wife paid a hotel driver $25 to stay with her at the marcado.

Resturant was great Hotel was god and safe Room was big and comfy

The breakfast was good, and the hotel and room was clean and modern.

It's a little far from the airport. Not bad, but the shuttle ride was about ten minutes.

Great airport transfers by hotel taxi for $5. Hotel taxi's to anywhere in the city for $5. Shopping next to hotel, great steakhouse across street by the Hilton. A lot of ATM's by the hotel. Shares space with the Canadian Consulate. Buffet breakfast was outstanding.

Be sure you let them know if you want to charge to your room.

The staff were amazing. The Manager organised security staff to walk us to our rooms and up the road to a restaurant and return

Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff, nice restaurant and a good bar very near to the airport. There is a nice shopping center very close to hotel as well.

Food was great, breakfast too. Excelente front desk, room attention.

The pool was with insects, the phone in the pool area was broken, so was in gym... I had to go all wet to the laundry room, to ask for towels and drinks. Also in the pool area had to ask and wait for the lights in the bathrooms to be turn on. :/ In the room the curtain were broken and light came through at 6 o'clock. And the parking tickets dispenser wasn't working either.
