The beds were fabulous - and the automatic balck-out curtains were definitely appreciated after a long journey. The pool was lovely. We got room service - and I can say the chicken soup and the house burger were fantastic. I wish there was tea or coffee making ability in the room. If you come here request a room on the river side for a better view - we did not and just faced the road. The staff are friendly and helpful - taking our bags up and calling a taxi, etc. A bit pricey but the comfort and ease made it worth it in the end.

Very comfy beds and great shower, which are the only boxes a place ever needs to check for me.

Somewhat run-down area (which could be said about GYE in general). It's a bit older than I expected. No apparent connection between the thermostat and the old-school A/C unit under the window. My biggest complaint was that the buffet breakfast was $18 apiece, which is ludicrous. There are many cafes nearby, though, and a mall.

This is my home away from home I am here every three weeks . This time I hosted a dinner for my medical team and it was nothing short of amazing and professional. Andrea who is in charge of these planning events was extremely helpful as were the reception staff. The night of the dinner went very well the food was impeccable and the server was amazing . Again five stars and very reasonable!!

I had a lovely stay at the Radisson Guayaquil! The staff is very attentive and helped me organize errands I had to run in the city, booking a cab driver and giving me great recommendations. The breakfast is delicious and the room very clean and comfortable - I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to hotel to a friend !

The only thing I missed were water fountains to fill up reusable water bottles. The hotel provides two 500 ml water bottles in each room but they are made out of single use plastic. At breakfast, I had to ask for water as there were only juices available. The friendly staff brought me some without hesitation, anyway I'd have appreciated having potable water more available through the hotel as well as more sustainable options to replace the plastic bottles.

Breakfast was lame. Receptionist was exceptional - kind, helpful, courteous and extremely professional. The hotel should be proud of her. We appreciated the airport shuttle. The rooms was clean and comfortable, although the air-conditioned is very old and a bit noisy.

Great business hotel with everything that you need. Good shower pressure, strong WiFi, and great selection at the breakfast buffet. The reception staff was super helpful and gave us a lot of helpful advice.

The gym was rather small considering the size of the hotel. The location wasn't that great. While it was easily accessible by car, I would not necessarily recommend walking to the hotel after sunset, especially if you are a solo female traveler.

Our suite was spacious, modern, clean, great view, huge windows.

The suite we had was located above the restaurant and there was a birthday party going on, therefore we had loud music from 18h00 until 23h00. On there terms, we ordered room service, and the food was delivered with only one set of cutlery and no salt or pepper. We had to call concierge again, and wait before eating our meal which included a soup, which was cold by the time we got a spoon.

Staff were excellent. Restaurant food was good, and not overpriced for a city centre hotel. Value for money was phenomenal - £70 for a room with breakfast, plus free transport to and from the airport.

The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was a bit dated and too noisy to leave on at night. But without it, the room was warm.

Location is near the mall. I stay here every time we come to the city about once a month. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Gym is adequate I can get some miles in , pool is nice and clean . The staff is amazing very courteous and they remember me . I left my scarf there last time and they were very efficient in finding it and returning it to me on this visit

Very close to the airport. The staff called a taxi and I was taken to the airport, the hotel paid for the taxi. The lounge area was comfortable to sit in and the internet good. I waited at the hotel after check out rather than the airport.
