My experience at the Hilton was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, greeting my family warmly and happily accommodating my ESA pet. A friendly tip: make sure to bring your documentation, as they do not charge for ESA pets with the proper paperwork. We were celebrating my mom's birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by helping us coordinate a surprise cake in our room, which made the occasion even more special. They also welcomed us with a complimentary drinks per person, which was such a thoughtful touch. The brunch offered a great variety of food choices, making it a delightful start to our morning. While we didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant this time, we’re definitely looking forward to exploring it on our next visit. The added presence of security at the entrance also gave us a sense of safety throughout our stay. The spa and gym facilities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I wholeheartedly recommend booking this Hilton for a longer stay or even a staycation.

We only stayed one night, so there was nothing I can say we disliked besides the sun didnt come out on our pool day! But since the pool was temperature we still got to enjoy it.

Traditional Hilton hotel with all the amenities you might expect from a venue that operates under this brand. Very good breakfast selection a large buffet with many options. Large and fully soundproof room with access to the executive Lounge which offers nice daily happy hour with excellent munchies. Also the gym is very good, large and fully stocked with Lifefitness equipment. Large pool where you can swim laps

The location is not very good, it’s surrounded by busy streets and you are advised not to walk outside due to the large insecurity in Guayaquil, so we had to take a taxi to go to the Mall del Sol which is a four minutes ride, you would normally walk to this place

This hotel is amazing. There is a pool, whirlpool, and spa with wonderful services on site. Rooms were big and the bed was supper comfortable. I could have slept there the whole weekend. Also, the food in the restaurants was really good. Finally, the shuttle picked me up from the airport. This was complementary. Despite being delayed two hours getting through passport control and customs, the gentleman was waiting for me as promised. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Comfortable room, Good location. I enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The staff in general was very gentle and helpful. I went for a family reunion and everything was great. I recommend this hotel.

Food took a long time for delivery at the restaurant. Food quality was acceptable, but I would have expected better quality based on the hotel overall status.

Breakfast buffet is easily best in town! Beds are so comfortable, my husband wanted to bring home the pillows Bar at the pool was fun to have pina colada with my little niece (she had a virgin version)

The Sal y Pimienta Deli, was much better assorted. The bakery and pastry section was very assorted. Just miss it.

The pool area the best with the kids. All the services at the pool (food, drinks). This is the best spot of the hotel, like a little resort in the middle of the busy city. Rooms were all clean and beds were very comfortable. Buffet breakfast included in price was good.

The smells in the bedrooms floors, looks like may need more maintenance in the rooms halls, as it is a old hotel. The shower also was a little uncomfortable because water will always splash outside the shower cabin and all the floor got wet. The rest good, bedrooms always clean and towel service was helpful.

Breakfast was underwhelming but dinner at the same restaurant was excellent. Very helpful and courteous staff. Excellent pool and gym.

Room looks old though spacious .Breakfast Didn't match the rest of the hotel. Breakfast need improvement.

The receptionist was rude, she didnt want to help me. She made me feel horrible at the check in and check out, never gave me information about breakfast nor anything related with the hotel. Her name is Catherine.

Stayed at Hilton Colon overnight on way to Galápagos Islands, picked up from airport ,hotel was lovely, made use of the pool , great variety for breakfast & the staff were all friendly & happy to help

Great room, and easy location from the airport. Curtesy bus available also. Loved the pool and swim up bar.

Check in was a little slow and seemed complicated. Only a minor inconvenience, Im being picky.
