The staff and the room was incredible. It was very easy to go to the pool and take the lift straight to the room. I felt very safe inside the hotel.

The car park is outside the main building, however it was very helpful and safe to park our car at anytime. I should mention about the lack of communication among the staff, I paid for the breakfast at the front desk but at the restaurant the other staff kept asking me about if I paid or not.

Nice room. Well done. Signage indicated that theft of room items was an issue. Well handled by the way. great bed. great shower, soap and shampoo.

Your prices for the restaurants were about 2x what i felt was ok for this type of hotel. I'm a lifetime premium member at Marriott properties. That's the basis for that opinion. Since they have a member's lounge, I seldom pay for their restaurant services. However, we do, on occasion use room service for dinners. We will order the 2x1 combinations that are hamburgers, burritos, etc. Those prices are about $20. I didn't see anything like that.

The bed and room were very comfortable. There was also a gym with everything I needed. There are several restaurants and none disappointed. Rolando helped me several times and is a wonderful asset to the hotel.

Airport shuttle only leaves at the top of hour, so have that in mind when scheduling your departure from the hotel. But taxis are cheap anyways; I think it was $5 to the airport from the hotel.

Spacious room, nice modern hotel. Staff was very nice and very accommodating.

I got a room on the "premium floor", but I'm not sure it's really worth it. There's a lounge on the floor that supposedly has free food and beverages available but the coffee machine was broken and the little milk fridge was empty.

Large hotel with many amenities. Could walk to the cable car, iguana park and the water front. Security everywhere. Close to the airport. Taxi cab ride to the historic park and zoo.

Spa area. Patio restaurant very good.

We were initially given a room that was already occupied. Fortunately, the person who was staying in the room was not present when I entered, but it was a pretty unpleasant experience.

Excellent airport shuttle services, clean accommodations, good breakfast buffets and dinner selections.

Booked executive lounge but lounge was closed during our stay due to deep cleaning. There was no sign and had to contact reception who was unaware of its closure. Eventually room service provided snacks and beverages in our room. Servers in El Patio need more training. Requested bottled water for dinner, waited 15 minutes, watching later arrivals served earlier. Finally had to walk to server to get the water. There is clearly a lack of communication and training which when corrected will make this hotel a better place to stay for discerning travelers.

Great Service. Excellent breakfast and food in general. Beautiful place to sit and relax by the pool or the bar. Ideal pool temperature. My daughter loves the Pinas Coladas. The beds are very comfy. The air conditioning works really well. Excellent shuttle service from and to the airport.

The restaurant was almost too cool for me. I have to get sweeter to dine in.

Staff was fantastic! Room was very clean and top-quality. Free transport to/from airport was a huge value-add that we greatly appreciated, especially when our delayed flight arrived after midnight.

The staff are amazing. So kind and friendly. The hotel is an oasis of comfort. Fantastic buffet breakfast too.
